Unit 1 Lesson 3 The Sun Is Rising教材分析:本课是冀教版八年级下册第一单元的第三课,是一首关于春天的歌曲。
本课通过歌曲、诗歌等形式让学生学习单词、词组,体会春天的美景,讨论春天的活动,锻炼学生的语言运用能力。
学情分析:现在八年级的学生对于英语学习应该具有一定的基础和方法,但我们班大部分学生来自农村,英语基础特别薄弱,对于英语的学习还没有掌握好的方法,学生在学习中还存在许多问题。
八年级的孩子不再像七年级一样乐于表达。
因此如何让八年级的孩子们乐于开口说英语、用英语做事情是我们英语教师的重任。
教学目标:1. Knowledge Aims:words: melt, hillside, wind, gentlyphrases: one by onesentences: spring is coming, the wind blows gently, through the trees. The season's change.2. Ability Aims: listening, speaking, reading, writing3. Emotional Aims : enjoy and love spring教学策略:1、情景教学法(借助多媒体,增加直观性、趣味性,调动学生的积极性、主动性。
)2、任务型教学(教师根据特定的语言目标,给出具体的可操作的任务,让学生通过体验、实践、参与、合作与交流,达到掌握语言的目的。
)教学重点:重点单词和短语,灵活运用本课句型教学难点:培养学生通过歌曲等活动,用英语表达及用英语做事情的能力。

一、根据句意及音标提示写出单词。

教学过程
环节1新课导入
T:Do you know any classical Chinese poetry about spring?
Ss:Yes.
S1:去年今日此门中,人面桃花相映红。
人面不知何处去,桃花依旧笑春风。
S2:碧玉妆成一树高,万条垂下绿丝绦。
不知细叶谁裁出,二月春风似剪刀。
T:What will happen when spring comes?
S3:The swallows will come back.

设计意图:通过引导学生使用所熟悉的中国古诗进行回答,吸引学生的注意力;通过询问和春天有关的问题,调动学生参与课堂讨论的积极性,活跃课堂氛围。
环节2新课学习
1.让学生结对讨论教材第6页上方“THINK ABOUT IT”的两个问题,然后邀请几名学生谈谈自己的想法。
2.让学生先自己朗诵一遍教材第6页的歌曲,了解这首歌曲的大致意思。
3.教师播放这首歌曲的录音,学生听录音,欣赏这首歌曲,感受词曲中包含的情感。
4.教师再次播放这首歌曲,学生小声跟唱。
5.教师邀请几名学生翻译这首歌曲,并予以点评。
6.学生和同桌合作,画出歌曲中描绘的情景。
7.让学生先观察活动1中的四幅图片,预测听力内容。
然后教师播放录音,学生根据所听的内容给图片排序,最后全班一起核对答案。
8.让学生先阅读活动2的句子,观察其特点,然后仿照例句写一些有关春天的句子。
教师请几名学生分享自己的答案,并予以点评。
9.要点点拨。
(1)Spring is coming.
用现在进行时表将来的单词有:come、go、leave、arrive、begin、start、move等动词。
例:The train is starting in a few minutes.几分钟后火车就要开动了。
(2)The weather is warming.
warm v.(使)变暖;暖和起来。
它也作形容词。
例:It's warm in spring.春天天气暖和。
(3)【辨析】through、across与cross。
①through prep.(从物体中间)穿过。
例:Linda went through the forest.琳达穿过森林。
②across prep.(从物体表面)穿过。
例:She goes across the square.她穿过广场。
③cross v.穿过。
相当于go across、walk across。
例:The singer crossed the street quickly.这名歌手迅速穿过街道。
10.学以致用。
(汉译英)
(1)他明天来见你。
He is coming to see you tomorrow.
(2)天气一天天地暖和起来了。
It's getting warmer day by day.
(3)红灯亮的时候,不要横穿马路。
Don't cross the road when the traffic light is red.
设计意图:通过让学生听歌曲和完成相应的练习,不仅可以让学生对春天有了更多的了解,而且还锻炼了学生的口语能力,加深学生对英语的喜爱之情。
环节3学习Project
1.让学生先浏览“PROJECT”中的内容,然后根据要求补充自己喜欢的户外活动。
2.学生询问来自不同城市的朋友,了解他们喜欢什么户外活动,然后把朋友喜欢的户外活动写在相应的位置。
3.让学生观察自己所喜欢的户外活动和朋友喜欢的是否有共同之处,如果有,就写在相应的位置。
4.教师邀请几名学生分享自己的答案。
表达优秀得当的学生可以获得小奖励。
设计意图:通过写自己所喜欢的户外活动和采访朋友的形式,能够更大地调动学生学习的积极性,同时丰富了课堂教学模式。
