船舶电台日志记载管理规定Ship radio logbook record management regulations
1.船舶电台工作日志是船舶通信工作的原始记录，是船舶的重要法定文件之一，船舶
GMDSS操作员必须详细、准确、清楚、如实地记录通信情况，不得任意涂改和撕毁。Ship radio logbook, the original records of marine communication, is one of important legal documents of ship. Ship GMDSS operator must record it detailedly, accurately, clearly and truly, radio logbook not allowed to be altered or torn up randomly.
2.船舶电台工作日志应依时间顺序连续记载，不得间断，内容应当明确反映出船舶航行中
所发生的有关海上人命安全和日常无线电业务的一切事项。
Ship radio logbook should be recorded continuously in chronological order, shall not be interrupted, the contents of which should be clearly included the details about safety of life on navigation and daily radio services in all matters.
3.船舶电台工作日志应使用不褪色的蓝色或黑色墨水填写；字体端正清楚、语句简明；按
日志内容逐页逐行详细、准确记载，不准涂抹、撕页，不留空页、空行。
Ship radio logbook should be written in non-fading blue or black pen, required characters clearly and regularly, sentences sample and clear. The logbook should be recorded accurately in details line by line, not allowed to smear and tear, don’t leave blank page s and blank line.
4.写的文字必须是通信联络中实际使用的文字；有关通信情况使用中文。机上对话“S”代
表本台，“R”代表对方台，第三台可直接注明其呼号。
The words used for recording must be the actual use ones in communication, and Chinese should be used to describe the communication condition. When communicating with radios, “S” is on behalf of our station, “R” is on behalf of the other side, the third party should be indicated directly with its call sign.
5.填写的时间，均用北京时间。航行中，应记录每日正午船位。
All the time in radio logbook should be exchanged into Beijing time. During the navigating, the position of ship at noon every day should be recorded in the logbook.
6.无线电话及选择性呼叫均由GMDSS操作员记载，并对记载内容签字负责。
GMDSS operator is responsible for recording the contents of wireless phones and selective calling, meanwhile, leaves his signature responsible for what he has done.
7.记载内容Recorded content
7.1.开航前电台设备的试验情况；
The test information for the radio equipment before sailing.
7.2.每航次船舶动态情况，包括：航线、启航、抵港、抛锚、移泊、修船、复修等的年、
月、日、时间和地点。
The ship’s dynamics of each voyage should be recorded as the date, time and places including shipping route, sailing time, arrival, anchorage, shifting berth, ship repair, rehabilitation and so on.
7.3.遇险、紧急和安全通信情况；
The conditions of distress, urgency and safety communications.
7.4.处理日常通信业务的情况；
The conditions of dealing with daily normal communication services.
7.5.无线电话通信的业务情况；
Conditions of wireless phone communication services.
7.6.守听静默时间、通报表、广播性业务等情况；
Conditions of listening to silence time, traffic list, broadcasting, etc.
7.7.通信条件变化和影响正常通信的情况；
Changes of communication conditions and conditions of affecting normal communication.
7.8.电台设备的使用、故障、维修、保养以及蓄电池充放电情况；
Conditions such as the usage of radio equipment, malfunction, maintenance and battery’s charging and discharging.
7.9.未了事宜和船舶领导交办的事；离船时工作业务交接情况；
Things that has not been finished and required to be done by officer on board; the conditions of transferring the work when leaving ship.
7.10.其他需要备查的事项以及通信主管部门认为必须记录的其他事项
