【摘要】Objective To observe the clinical effects of valsartan and benazepril combined with in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods In our hospital were treated diabetic nephropathy patients with 50 cases as the research object, by random number method will be divided into the control group and the treatment group. in the control group the patients were treated with valsartan separate treatment, treatment group treated with valsartan combined with benazepril combined treatment, comparative analysis of two groups of patients after urinary albumin excretion rate, average blood pressure. Re-sults Treatment group, the clinical treatment total efficiency is obviously superior to the control group (P<0.05) in the clini-cal examination Measuring index is significantly superior to the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Application of valsartan combined with benazepril on diabetic nephropathy treatment, can effectively improve the patient's blood pressure, showed a significant effect in reducing proteinuria in patients with, clinical curative effect is remarkable, it is worth popularization and application in the clinical treatment of diabetic nephropathy.%目的：观察缬沙坦与贝那普利联合在糖尿病肾病治疗中的临床疗效。

方法将在该院进行治疗的糖尿病肾病患者50例作为研
究对象，应用数字随机法将其分为对照组与治疗组，对照组的患者应用缬沙坦进行单独治疗，治疗组的患者应用缬沙坦联合贝那普利联合治疗，对比分析两组患者治疗后的尿蛋白排泄率、平均血压。

结果治疗组患者的临床治疗总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)，在临床各项检测指标方面也明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。

结论应用
缬沙坦联合贝那普利对糖尿病肾病进行治疗，能够有效的改善患者血压，在降低患者尿蛋白方面具有显著的效果，临床疗效显著，值得在糖尿病肾病的临床治疗中进行推广应用。
