通过现车八芯M12连接器实际结构位置,根据线束布线及连接器组装的基本原则,提高了八芯M12连接器组装及接线的实物质量。
关键词:京张智能动车组;开关柜;连接器;稳定性前言:随着高速列车的发展,高速动车组具备速度快、换乘便捷、安全、舒适等特点,已成为国民城市间出行首选方式,对于产品质量的要求及标准也越来越高,连接器是标准化动车组经常接触的一种重要部件,任何一处通讯信号的问题,都会影响整列车的安全运行。
车内PIS 柜是车内的核心站,所以它的质量性能与整列车运行稳定至关重要。
连接器形式和结构是各种各样的,随着应用对象、频率、功率、应用环境等不同,有各种不同形式的连接器。
但是无论什么样的连接器,都要保证电流顺畅连续和可靠地流通。
线束连接和连接器连接的最终目的是一样的,即电路之间沟通的桥梁。
而稳定就是事物良性更新的状态。
连接器的是否完好决定京张智能动车组运行的各方面性能。
所以说连接器正确组装是京张智能动车组正常运行的保证。
一、连接器单件组合制作要求对一般连接器的质量要求主要有:(一)连接器单件组合包括:连接器外壳、插针等,每个连接器的组装图是不同的,施工时必须根据物料BOM进行施工。
(二)物料检查,对来料进行外观检查,如料件有损坏,则需要对料件进行更换处理。

根据《2016-2020年中国智能制造行业深度调研及投资前景预测报告》,2015年我国智能制造产值在1万亿左右,2020年有望超过3万亿元人民币,年复合增长率约20%。
报告同时指出,大部分中国企业处于研发阶段,仅16%的企业进入智能制造应用阶段;从智能制造的经济效益来看,52%的企业智能制造收入贡献率低于10%,60%的企业其智能制造利润贡献率低于10%。
即使如此,面对全球制造业日趋激烈的竞争,中国企业一直在努力创新改革,推进智能制造、促进产业升级转型。
机床被称为是万械之基、工业母机,机床的智能化直接影响到一个国家整个制造业的智能化水平。
2007年至2013年期间,沈阳机床集中做了一件事:全面攻关“i5系统”核心技术,每年投入两个多亿,全方位的资源倾斜。

我国轨道交通列车的通信网络主要采用多功能车辆总线(Multifunction Vehicle Bus, MVB)和绞式列车总线(Wire Train Bus, WTB)作为通信技术删。
虽然这两种总线有着较 好的实时性和可靠性,但是受其通信带宽的约束,已经不能承载更多的列车相关业务数据传输。
随着轨道交通列车智能化的发展,加入网络的设备不断增加,传输的数据越来越多。
旅客信息服务、视频监控/CCTV 、视频广播、障碍物识别等业务需要在列车中铺设更多的通信网络进行数据传输⑶。
为了解决上述问题,需要研究新的具备确定性、实时性和大带宽的列车通信网络技术。
工业实时以太网虽然能满足大带宽、实时性等基本要求,但是无法解决不同国家、不同厂家列车重联运营时的网络自动重联、智能寻址以及互联互通问题[4]o中车株洲电力机车研究所有限公司(以下简称中车株洲所)等公司从2008开始研究轨道交通列车实时以太网技术3叫 通过对网络体系架构、智能组网与重构等关键技术的研究,研制出了完全具有自主知识产权的可规模化应用的产品平台系列。

本文结合YOLOv5 神经网络识别算法,设计了一款超市自动取货机器人,力求在一定程度上减轻物流行业的压力,提升服务工作效率,同时尽量避免因人群聚集而引起的病毒传播。
1 整体设计为使自动取货机器人具有独立决策、并行高效的特点,设计的机器人在树莓派上运行YOLOv5 算法。
机器人底层硬件控制部分采用了树莓派4B,具有4G内存,搭载64 位操作系统Raspberry,给在树莓派上实现YOLOv5 算法的目标检测提供了保障。
在上层主机上配置YOLOv5 环境,下载源码,使用数据集进行训练。
在底层树莓派上配置YOLOv5运行环境,主机通过VNC 软件与树莓派建立远程连接,树莓派控制摄像头进行图像获取,并通过无线传输的方式将图像传输给主机。
如图1 所示。
树莓派利用部署在主机上的YOLOv5 模型进行图像识别并返回识别结果,再控制机械臂进行抓取。
2 软件设计与实现YOLOv5 的检测系统主要分为三个阶段:⑴数据预处理,将输入图像缩放到统一的大小(将分辨率调整到448 ×448,见2.1.3),然后进行数据增强以增加模型的泛化能力。
⑵将图像通过全卷积神经网络。
⑶利用极大值抑制(NMS)进行筛选以去除冗余的检测框。
通过上述流程,结果中会显示最具有代表性的框,且具有较小的误检率和重复率。
2.1 YOLOv5 工作原理YOLOv5 是基于卷积神经网络、网格视角和多尺度预测技术的目标检测技术,它能够快速准确地检测目标物体。
YOLO 采用回归方法来解决物体检测问题,使用“端到端”网络,实现了从输入原始图像到输出物体位置和类别的全过程。
第一章总则第一条为加强铁路货物装载加固和货车满载工作,确保铁路运输安全,依据《中华人民共和国铁路法》、《中华人民共和国安全生产法》、《铁路运输安全保护条例》和《铁路货物运输规程》等法律法规、规章,制定本规则。
第二条本规则适用于标准轨距的国家铁路、合资铁路、地方铁路和专用铁路、铁路专用线,是铁路货物装载加固和货车满载工作的基本依据。
承运人、托运人和收货人均应遵守本规则。
第三条货物装载加固和货车满载工作技术性强,是铁路运输工作的重要组成部分。
其主要任务是:保证货物、货车的完整和行车安全,充分利用货车载重力和容积,安全、迅速、合理、经济地运输货物。
第四条货物装载加固的基本技术要求是:使货物均衡、稳定、合理地分布在货车上,不超载,不偏载,不偏重,不集重;能够经受正常调车作业以及列车运行中所产生各种力的作用,在运输全过程中,不发生移动、滚动、倾覆、倒塌或坠落等情况。
第五条铁路局(含专业运输公司,下同)要高度重视货物装载加固和货车满载工作,配备专人负责,积极运用先进、成熟、经济、适用、可靠的技术和设备,不断改进和完善技术管理手段,提高货物装载加固和货车满载工作质量。
铁路局及其直属货运站段应成立装载加固技术领导小组,建立工作制度。
装载加固技术领导小组具体负责本部门货物装载加固方案的审核、申报、实施工作,组织落实按方案装车、装车质量签认制度和货车满载措施,以及有关技术业务指导、监督、检查工作。
合资铁路、地方铁路和专用铁路、铁路专用线企业应按本规则规定做好装载加固有关工作。
第六条各装车单位应建立健全装车岗位责任制,坚持装车从严、发站从严的原则,严格按装载加固方案装车。
重点货物实行装车质量签认制度,铁路局应制定管内装车质量签认办法,并报部备案。
第七条本规则未规定的货物装载加固方法、装载加固材料及装置,应由托运人会同承运人,在安全运输的前提下组织试运。
试运的有关要求按本规则第四章办理。
第八条货物装载加固材料及装置由托运人自备,其技术性能应符合国家标准、行业标准和本规则有关要求,以及铁道部公布的有关技术条件。

The USB cable provides power and communication to the USB-1208HS-4AO.When you connect the USB-1208HS-4AO for the first time, a Found New Hardware dialog opens when the operating system detects the device. The Status LED turns on; this indicates that communication is established between the device and the computer. Refer to Figure 2 on page 9 for the location of the Status LED. The normal calibration interval is once per year.Chapter 3 Functional DetailsAnalog input acquisition modesThe USB-1208HS-4AO can acquire analog input data in two basic modes – software paced and hardware paced.Software paced modeYou can acquire one analog sample at a time in software paced mode. You initiate the A/D conversion by calling a software command. The analog value is converted to digital data and returned to the computer. You can repeat this procedure until you have the total number of samples that you want.The throughput sample rate in software paced mode is system-dependent, and can range from 33 S/s to4000 S/s.Hardware paced modeYou can acquire data from up to eight channels in hardware-paced mode. The analog data is continuously acquired, converted to digital values, and written to an onboard FIFO buffer on the device until you stop the scan. The FIFO buffer is serviced in blocks as the data is transferred from the USB-1208HS-4AO FIFO buffer to the memory buffer on your computer.The maximum sampling rate is 1 MS/s aggregate over one-to-eight channels. No external power supply is required.Activity LEDThe Activity LED indicates the communication status of the USB-1208HS-4AO. It blinks when data istransferred, and is off when the device is not communicating. This LED uses up to 10 mA of current and cannot be disabled.Status LEDThe Status LED turns on when the device is detected and installed on the computer.Signal connectionsAnalog inputYou can connect up to eight analog input connections to the screw terminals labeled AIN0 through AIN7.Analog signals are referenced to analog ground (AGND).Single-ended mode requires two wires:▪The wire carrying the signal to be measured connects to AINx.▪The second wire connects to AGND.Differential mode requires two wires plus a ground reference:▪The wire carrying the positive portion of the differential signal to be measured connects to AINx.▪The wire carrying the negative portion of the differential signal to be measured connects to AIN(x+1).▪The analog ground reference wire connects to AGND.The terminal configurations for single-ended and differential modes are shown in the table below.In single-ended mode, the input voltage ranges are ±10 V, ±5 V, ±2.5 V, 0 to 10 V. In differential mode, the input voltage ranges are ±20 V, ±10 V, and ±5 V. To configure these bits for either a +5 V pull-up or a 0 V pull-down option, you must open the USB-1208HS-4AO case to access the three-pin jumper labeled W34.The pull-up/pull-down voltage is common to all of the internal 47 kΩ resistors.To open the case and set the W34 jumper, do the following.1.Turn over the USB-1208HS-4AO and rest it on its top on a flat, stable surface.2.Peel off the four rubber feet on the bottom of the module to access the screws.3.Remove the four screws shown in Figure 8 from the bottom of the device.Figure 8. 智能动车组在智能化、车辆功能、配置等方面进行了提升,增加WIFI 5G天线、VIP座椅采用新式座椅、采用变频空调、监控室屏幕融合、取消展示柜、采用振动温度复合传感器、一级修和二级修内容进行了完善。

一、车体及外观介绍复兴号智能动车组车体图案采用“龙凤呈祥”以中华民族传统文化中的龙凤图腾为元素,“龙腾四海、凤舞九天”,寓意中国高铁领先领跑、造福人类的使命担当,表达了对祖国繁荣昌盛、人民幸福安康的美好祝福。
车头采用低阻力车头,车头长度增加1.1m,车头造型基于仿生学原理,灵感来源于鹰隼。
车头线条硬朗锐利,彰显轩昂雄健之势,展现出强烈的科技和工业质感。
车头结构借鉴以往车型成熟经验,采用梁柱、蒙皮型材焊接结构,空气动力学性能优良。
车体承载结构采用车体全长的大型中空铝合金型材组焊而成,为筒型整体承载结构。
基于改进YOLOv7的密集行人检测算法黄诗佳;蒋碧波;杨超;李致君;许伶俐【期刊名称】《湖北大学学报(自然科学版)》【年(卷),期】2024(46)4【摘要】针对密集场景中的行人目标往往存在重叠、遮挡、体积较小等问题,导致在检测过程中容易出现漏检、误检、特征提取困难、定位不准确等现象。
提出一种改进YOLOv7的密集行人检测算法,首先在YOLOv7主干网络的ELAN结构上融合CBAM注意力机制,使主干网络更加关注特征的语义信息,以增强遮挡物和小目标的特征提取能力;其次在检测头的卷积中引入CoordConv模块,充分利用此模块的位置信息,有效改善了目标定位不准确的问题,提高模型对空间位置的感受能力和泛化能力;然后将原YOLOv7网络模型中的CIoU损失函数替换为Focal-EIoU损失函数,可以有效缓解正负样本不均衡的问题,在边界框回归过程中,该损失函数更注重于高质量锚框,从而加快网络的收敛速度;最后在模型中用非极大值抑制Soft-NMS 算法替换传统的NMS算法,有效降低了重叠、遮挡目标的漏检率,提升模型的召回率和精度。
在公开密集行人数据集WiderPerson上进行验证本模型,实验结果表明,改进后的检测算法对密集行人目标检测的准确率、召回率及平均精度mAP值相较原基线模型分别提升了2.3%、3.3%与2.6%,FPS值提升了2.3 f/s。
