我校使用的教材是冀教版（衔接三年级起点）版本的教材，知识建立于小学英语基础之上，而我校学生都来自于农村地区，英语基础比较薄弱，英语水平参差不齐。但是初一学生还处在新奇阶段，学习积极性高，同时本课与学生的生活很贴近，学生可以借此机会增进同学间的相互了解，培养学习英语的兴趣。

1.知识目标：能够掌握课标要求的“四会”词汇：amazing，famous，camel及短语。理解和掌握描述旅行的表达方式。
