We gained a lot,and we lost a lot at the same time.What MEE gives us is not only the ABCs of kinds of disciplines,but also advanced equipments,learning resourses,teachers with profound wisdom and smart schoolmates.I believe that everybody here grew up more or less in the last year,just like me.So,please allow me to express my sincere thanks to our school,to our teachers,couselors and guide students.Thank you very much.Today there is the opening Ceremony of English Summer Camp.Our school has made plenty of efforts to hold it,to expand our international horizons and to let us know more about the world.For one thing, in this global age,it is very important for us to understand foreign languages and western cultures.it equipes us with the ability to become the future leaders.So there’s no reason that we do not cherish such a precious opportunity to communicate with the excellent teachers there.For another, the collision of different thoughts on behalf of different cultures enables us to gain wisdom by criticising and understanding.Meanwhile,we are fortunate enough to get an English environment which we lack it seriously and where we can make friends.To sum up,it’s so geart a chance that I can’t appreciate any more.The English summer camp is our last activity as a freshman.But it’s not the terminal,it’s a beginning instead, in many ways.What we have experienced has just past,but future has stored a lot for us to see.And as Tiger says,I leave no trace of wings in the air,but I’m glad I have had my flight.Let’s fly !In the end,Wish everyone can enjoy this camp and benefit from it, also wish this English summer camp a complete success.Thank you.。
