管理科学与工程学科（一）（120100）攻读科学学位硕士研究生
培养方案
一、培养目标
本专业培养有坚定的社会主义政治方向,掌握扎实的经济学、管理学理论与方法，适应我国改革开放新形势、新环境的高级人才。

根据管理科学与工程专业的要求，学生应系统地学习和掌握现代管理科学与工程理论体系和管理方法，了解国内外专业和相关领域的发展趋势、政府政策和业务惯例，具有较强的分析问题、解决问题的能力，知识广博、视野宽阔，适应性强，富有创新、开拓和务实精神，能熟练掌握一门外国语，具有较强的计算机能力和初步的电子商务操作技能。

毕业后学生能胜任管理科学与工程专业和相关领域的高等教育、学术研究、政策研究或企事业单位的咨询与管理工作。

二、学习年限
本学科硕士研究生学制为2.5年，学习年限最长6年。

四、课程设置
1．学分要求：本学科硕士研究生须修满至少46个学分（含学术研讨课），其中学位课16学分，必修课30学分，课程设置见附表。

2．为提高研究生的学术研究水平，要求在攻读期间参加30次学术讨论会或主讲4次课堂研讨，并在学校指定的核心刊物上公开发表1篇论文。

五、培养计划制定
学生在入学之后，先确定导师，在导师的指导下一个月内制定自己的学习培养计划。

六、论文工作
1．开题报告
（1）选题：学位论文的研究课题应与本方向的前沿研究相关或来自与本方向有关的国民经济中的重要理论问题或政策问题。

（2）开题的必要条件：应修满本方向培养计划规定的学分，递交5000字以上文献阅读报告。

（3）对开题报告的要求：开题报告在第二学年第二学期进行，开题报告应包括选题意
义、国内外研究现状、研究的主要问题与内容、创新与特色、研究方法与进度、研究的预期成果等。

开题报告应组织教师进行评审，评审通过后，方可进行论文工作。

（4）对开题报告的评审：组织本方向的公开报告，由本方向导师组进行评议，通过后方可进入论文写作。

2．中期检查
为保证论文课题研究按进度进行，应在研究的中期由导师组对进展情况进行检查考核。

若偏差较大，将予以警告。

3．论文答辩
（1）前提条件：完成学位论文，在核心刊物发表（含正式录用）1篇论文并经指导教师初审同意后，可申请论文预答辩。

（2）预答辩：预答辩由导师组组织，若同意，则在对预答辩中所提意见与建议进行修改后，提交通信评审。

若不同意，则按照预答辩的意见进行修改或重写。

（3）通信评审和答辩：按照研究生部相关规定执行。

Degree Program
1、Objectives
This program aims to cultivate professional talents with strong background on modern management theory, dependent analytical skills, problem solving capability for some administration and consulting jobs in governments, institutes, and companies. The students should obey to the basic rules and policies established by CPC, and be willing to devote to the modernization of China, have ability and knowledge on management, economics, operations research, statistics, computer applications, and can speak at least one foreign language, good at communication, healthy on body and heart.

2.5 years; at most 4 years.

At least 46 credits，among them, degree courses 16 credits，required courses 30 credits. Students must take part in 30 seminars, and report for more than 10 times. Publish 1 paper on core journals.
5、Arrangements of Dissertation
1. Report for determining theme of the dissertation;
(1) Title and theme：it should origin from some new academic research problems or some important realistic problems in the fields of economics and management;
(2) Requirements：finish the credits according the above rule 4;
(3) Time：the second semester of the second year; content of report contains：motivations, related works, main problems, innovations, research methods, deliverables.
(4) Review of the report：all the Ph.D. advisors are the referees.
2. Stage reports
Middle term check at the one year after the above report of establishing the dissertation’s theme. If fail after the middle term check, the students will be gave warning and be rechecked.
3. Oral defense
a) The requirement for pre oral defense are as follows: (a) finish the dissertation,
(b)publish 1 paper on core journals, (c) students’ advisor agree.
b) Pre oral defense. Revise according to the comments proposed in pre oral defense.
c) Peer review and oral defense. Organized according to the rules of the graduate school office.
6、General Requirements of Publications to Apply for Graduation and the Degree
(a) Finish the dissertation. (b) Publish 1 paper on core journals. (c) Students’ advisor agree.
