第一章组态RSLinx 通讯1.1 RSLinx 介绍RSLinx 软件是工业通讯的枢纽。
它为所有的AB 网络提供了完整的驱动程序。
通过RSLinx 软件,用户可以通过一个窗口查看所有激活的网络,也可以通过一个或多个通讯接口同时运行任何所支持的应用程序的组合。
RSLinx 提供最快速的OPC 、DDE 和C/C++ 的接口。
RSLinx 还能够为用户提供多个网络、本地工作站和DDE/OPC 性能诊断工具,便于进行系统维护和故障排错。
RSLinx Gateway 驱动程序能够完美地支持TCP/IP 客户与AB 控制器的连接,它也支持与远程OPC 进行通讯。
整个系统结构如图1-1 所示。

图 1 - 2 R S L i n x 启动界面2. 单击菜单栏中Communications->Configure Drivers… 或在工具条上单击Configure Drivers (组态驱动),如图1-3 所示。
3. 弹出标题为Configure Driver Types 的窗口。
单击Available Driver Types (可用驱动程序类型。
这些Drivers 是Allen-Bradley不同网卡的驱动程序。
)对话框中的下拉箭头,根据设备的实际情况来选择驱动程序,注意要和所使用的硬件相匹配。
此处我们欲通过计算机的RS232 串口接入DF1图1 - 3 选择驱动组态网络,因此选择RS-232 DF1 devices ,如图1-4 所示。
XP/Win7系统下AB logix5000软件安装步骤首先要安装的是RSlinx软件,此软件是AB自动化产品中电脑跟plc相连通信的必备软件,此软件版本众多,但安装方法基本相同,开始安装RSlinx的是2.31版本,安装完毕后电脑无法与plc相连接,当时通讯所需的设置方法正确。
后来下载的2.57版本安装上后通讯正常了。
安装方法非常简单,在此就不说了。
下图为安装RSlinx时的一个截图。
上面说的安装方法是在XP系统下进行的,如果是在win7系统下安装,方法跟上面相同,唯一的区别是安装完毕RSLinx软件是打不开的,解决办法在论坛有这样一个解决方案,原话如下:1.Open 'RSLinx Classic Launch Control Panel' via: Start=> Program => Rockwell Sof2.tware =>RSLinx => RSLinx Classic Launch Control Panel;2.Click 'Stop' button;3.Disable 'Always run as services';4.Click 'Start' button again.The icon of RSLinx Classic will display.按照上面的方法操作,再打开RSlinx就能打开了。
这点区别就是两个系统下安装rslinx的唯一区别,其他软件相同。
按照上面的操作,RSlinx软件完美运行。
安装完RSlinx软件后,再安装RSlogix5000.安装的方法也是非常简单,安装过程基本是傻瓜式安装,不用管,一步步安装,直到完成,安装完成为止。
当然也可以根据自己需要选择自定义安装,安装的过程中基本都是同意,OK 忽略等操作。
安装方法简单,网上也有很多教程,在此就不多说了。
下面着重讲解网上说的较少的授权方法。

1、安装RSLogix5000,订货是V19版本,光盘内集成有以前所有版本,安装时可以选择所有版本进行安装,授权通用2、Rslogix5000连接一个新PLC时,需要先给PLC刷新固件。
连接PLC 的步骤:将电脑的有线网络IP地址设置为自动获取,打开BOOTP/DHCP Server 设置子网掩码:255.255.255.0,会自动刷出PLC的MAC地址如下图。
双击MAC地址设置PLC的IP地址确认后点击Enable DHCP将地址下载PLC中,再点一下Disable Bootp/DHCP。
3、如果通过电脑直接连接PLC,IP地址要手动设置为:192.168.1.10,如果通过路由器则设置为自动获取。
首先组态RSlinx Classic通讯驱动。
Communications-Configure Drivers-Ethernet devices或EtherNet(此驱动只能连接PLC)/IPDriver(此驱动可以连接PLC和触摸屏)菲律宾项目用1769-L35E PLC与RSview 32上位机通过以太网通讯。
RSLinx Classic设置如下4. 设置Configure Client Applications点击RSWho,会自动识别连接到的PLCRslinx classic组态好后在RSlogix5000中点击找到cpu所在位置点击go online4、Compact-Logix 1769系列PLC,通过1769-SDN/B进行扩展机架时,相当于新加了一组子站,通过1769-SDN/B扫描新加子站,通讯方式为DeviceNet网通讯,如果距离近时可以通过终端盖板上的扩展电缆进行扩展。
1769-SDN/B 模块需要刷新固件后才正常通讯,将设置下载到1769-SDN/B模块中。
新加子站需加1769-ADN通讯模块,1769-SDN/B最多可加三个扩展即三个1769-ADN,SDN与AND连接线需要在ADN末端2,4端子(红,蓝)线加一个120欧姆的终端电阻。

首先刷CPU固件5.选择组态好的RSlinx classic 以太网通信本项目CPU刷成V17.7版本6.刷1769-SDN/B版本,本项目SDN硬件版本 2.2,刷成 3.10版本7.硬件组态,如果通过以太网连接,1769-L35E不用单独配以太网模块,1756需要单独的以太网模块。
如果模块过多需要分组时,距离近时通过终端盖板间定制连接电缆直接连接。
距离远时通过Devicenet连接,主机架上需要1769-SDN/B模块,扩展机架上需要1769-ADN模块,通过扫描,连接扩展机架的模块。
8.1769-SDN/B与1769-ADN连线时直连,120Ω终端电阻接在1769-ADN的中间两个接线上。
一个系统最多可以连三个1769-ADN,终端电阻连接在最后一个AND上。
1769-AND可以通过模块上带的两个拨码开关选择站地址。
9.电脑连接1769-L35E CPU的方法,第一次连接CPU时先通过BOOTP-DHCP SERVER设置CPU的IP地址,每个CPU都有一个出厂时的IP地址,在CPU的右侧标签上,扫描上来后给CPU的硬件地址双击扫描出来的CPU出现设置页IP设置为网内地址如192.168.1.1010.选中Relation List 中的CPU地址,点Enable DHCP即可把IP地址写入CPU11.设置好CPU的IP地址后,打开RSLINX Classic配置网络通讯,如果此时连着CPU,RSLINX能自动扫描上来CPU后挂的模块12.配置DeviceNet ,需要安装RSNetWorx for DeviceNet,打开RSNetWorx forDeviceNet点击Online按钮,出现对话框,选到1769-SDN/B模块下的Port2,DeviceNet,点OK 此时会自动扫描1769-SDN和1769-AND模块,首先确定1769-SDN版本号,在RSlogix5000硬件组态中版本号一至13.RSlogix5000中找到1769-SDN/B模块所在的位置,将Local:8:mandRegister.Run强制为1,即使能1769-SDN/B模块,例如本项目1769-SDN/B在第8个槽位14.双击1769-ADN出现1769-ADNCompact I/O Adapter,右侧为自动扫描上来的1769-AND后挂模块15.双击模拟量输入模块配置通道,通道中Ch0 Enable 要选Enable,Range select 选4 to20mA,CH0 Data Format 数据格式选Percent Range(百分比此时4-20mA对应0-10000)确定后下载到CPU中16.配置1769-SDN17.配置完成后打开DeviceNet Tag GeneratorDeviceNet.dnt为DeviceNet规划好的1769-SDN/B和1769-AND保存的文件。
