2.TD75是以棉帆布带做为牵引和承载构件的，它的各个部件都小。

滚筒的许用扭矩就是按棉帆布带的额定抗拉强度定的，并不是滚筒的许用扭矩。

所以这一点并不合理。

3.随着工业的发展，需要大型的输送机械，在八十年代设计了GX钢丝绳芯带式输送机，它的各个部件都大。

4.随着国外输送机械的发展，TD75与GX钢丝绳芯带式输送机都有不合适的地方。

例如，功率的计算与ISO5058,德国的DIN22101都有区别，而且有的公式不合理。

所以编制了DTII 手册，它是介于TD75与GX钢丝绳芯带式输送机之间，各主要部件都与国际标准接轨
5.DTII的灵魂就是改现场焊接为螺栓连接（个别部件除外）。

6.对于一台带式输送机我认为不要局限于那种型号的输送机，只要满足业主要求就可以了。

老外不认啥叫TD75,DTII等，老外只要计算书，必须是按DIN22101或ISO5048的标准计算的。

所以我们不要局限在3种型号的输送机中去搞设计。

尤其提出的是DTII的垂直重锤支架国外不喜欢用，我们已经改成钢丝绳的了——转载。
