1.首先TD75与DTII为我国的定型产品,不能看做事标准。
2.TD75是以棉帆布带做为牵引和承载构件的,它的各个部件都小。
滚筒的许用扭矩就是按棉帆布带的额定抗拉强度定的,并不是滚筒的许用扭矩。
所以这一点并不合理。

3.随着工业的发展,需要大型的输送机械,在八十年代设计了GX钢丝绳芯带式输送机,它的各个部件都大。
4.随着国外输送机械的发展,TD75与GX钢丝绳芯带式输送机都有不合适的地方。
例如,功率的计算与ISO5058,德国的DIN22101都有区别,而且有的公式不合理。
所以编制了DTII 手册,它是介于TD75与GX钢丝绳芯带式输送机之间,各主要部件都与国际标准接轨
5.DTII的灵魂就是改现场焊接为螺栓连接(个别部件除外)。
6.对于一台带式输送机我认为不要局限于那种型号的输送机,只要满足业主要求就可以了。
老外不认啥叫TD75,DTII等,老外只要计算书,必须是按DIN22101或ISO5048的标准计算的。
所以我们不要局限在3种型号的输送机中去搞设计。
尤其提出的是DTII的垂直重锤支架国外不喜欢用,我们已经改成钢丝绳的了——转载。
