企业培训师第四章培训课程开发第一模块开发培训课程第三单元能力训练指南能力点一、怎样确定培训课程目标确定培训课程目标是一项创造性的工作。
需要经过前期的需求分析,如何把培训目标转化为课程目标,以此来指导整个课程编制工作,是课程设计者的一项重要任务,培训课程目标包括三个要素:操作目标、条件、标准.一、操作目标:是培训课程目标最主要的要素,它描述了参培者在培训结束时要会做什么。
二、条件:是指学员达到课程目标所需的设备、材料、操作手册等物质保障。
三、标准:规定一个标准,是为了更有效地测量培训结果。
如对操作速度、精确率等的测量。
在设定课程目标时,要避免以下两点错误:一是仅是培训者想做的,而不是参培者想做的;二是听起来目标很大,但实际上意义含混不清。
能力点二、开发培训课程的步骤开发培训课程的步骤:分析需求选准课题、选定安排课程内容和形式、预期的课程、课程的论证修改试用、课程实施的结果评价一、分析企业规范化岗位培训的需求,选准课题;二、分析企业开发新品种、技术引进、技术改造、改善经营管理的迫切需要,选准课题。
三、预测企业进入市场的潜在需求,选准课题。
四、分析企业人员素质需求,选准课题其中,分析需求,选准课题是关键的第一步。
能力点三、开发培训课程的方法一、选择移植法:是指将普通学校、职业学校的现有课程内容,有选择地加以调整移植过来,开发成企业职工教育培训课程;二、能力中心法:企业开展培训、继续工程教育时,需要开设具有企业特殊性的,实用性的、综合性比较强的课程.这种方法以课程要求达到提高某项能力的目标为中心,围绕这一中心选择、确定直接为之服务的内容三、任务分析法:这是欧美流行的一种编制职业培训课程的方法,我们可以参照运用这种方法来选定某些课程开发的题目和内容。
具体做法是按以下顺序逐步分解:岗位职责——〉任务——〉完成每项任务的操作步骤-—〉完成每一操作步骤所需要的知识与技能。
而后,对各项任务每个操作步骤所需的知识和技能进行综合分解。
第一章地球和地图第一节地球和地球仪【导学引路】认识地球的形状和大小地球的模型——地球仪经线和纬线利用经纬网定位本节内容涉及很多新名词和概念,如经线、纬线、经度、纬度、经纬网等,多为空间概念,抽象难懂,理解起来有一定难度。
