如何在论坛发音乐及视频！
视频（FALSH）
目前各大视频网站的视频几乎都是采用的flash（swf）格式，所以这里重点介绍flash 视频的转发方法。

过去网络上的视频文件还有很多格式，如rm，rmvb，mov，mp4，dat，wmv等，如果偶尔碰到这种，点开“视频”功能后转发方式跟flash的方式近似。

1.打开“发表新帖”页面，点击“FLASH”，如图
2.点击“FLASH”后，弹出以下窗口，就需将视频的flash地址粘贴到地址栏里，建议宽800，
高600
3.获取视频的flash地址的方法：
注意：flash视频地址并非网页地址，必须找到视频的真实地址才能正确播放。

各视频网站提供flash视频地址的方法略有不同，现以优酷网为例说明，其他主要视频网站的flash 视频地址查找方法见后：
1）在视频页面下发，有一排“转发”按钮，旁边的小三角（如图所示）
2）弹出以下窗口后，选择复制flash地址
4.待地址和视频尺寸添好后，点击“提交”
5.提交后，页面显示如下图：
6.内容编辑完毕，最后点击“发表帖子”即可。

音乐
1.打开“发表新帖”页面，点击“音乐”，如图
2.点击“音乐”后，弹出以下窗口，就需将MP3地址粘贴到地址栏里后，点击“提交”
即可！（注意：地址的结尾只能是以wma、mp3、ra、rm结尾）
温馨提示：因为现在网上音乐的有效连接很少，所以如果要发音乐，建议搜索相关的flash 视频内容发表。

获取视频的flash地址的方法
土豆网：
1）在视频页面下发，有一排“转发”按钮，点击旁边的“更多”（如图所示）
2）弹出以下窗口后，选择“复制swf播放器地址”
新浪视频：
1）。

点击视频下方“分享”
2）。

弹出以下窗口后，选择复制flash地址
搜狐视频：
1）。

点击视频下方“分享”
2）。

弹出以下窗口后，选择复制flash地址
