自动化生产线投料系统原理及操作
摘要
2017年8月31日，我们踏上了大学实习的旅途，这次我们的实习地点是江苏苏州高新区的和硕联合科技股份有限公司。这是我第一次到南方城市，所以这次实习也是我人生中的一次宝贵的经历。在这次的实习活动实践中，我学习到了很多很多的东西，不仅是专业上的许多相关知识，还有作为这个社会的一员所需要的生活中的知识。这次的实习让我获益良多。在历时将近4个月的实习生活中，我被分配到了许多岗位，Xbox的组装线的投料站，HDD的组装站，笔记本电脑的外观清洁站，以及笔记本电脑的online测试站。我在组装生产线投料站的工作是从物料人员管理的货架上把料件拆封并且投入产线，使组装线可以正常投入工作。我在笔记本电脑的生产线上的主要岗位有2个，分别是外观清洁站和测试站，我在外观清洁站主要进行的是擦漆，即把上一站的工作人员工作中出现的不足进行补救。在online测试站主要是将机台放入检测仪器中，依据提示依次进行各系统功能的检测，比如色相采集，摄像头有无异物等。本文主要介绍了在流水线生产中传送带的工作流程、工作原理和具体的工作内容。在和硕进行的将近4个月的实习锻炼，让我接触到了非常多在学校里学不到的知识，也让我对电气工程及其自动化这个专业有了更深刻的认识。感谢学校给了我们这个实习历练的机会。

ABSTRACT
On August 31, 2017, we embarked on the journey of University internship.This time our internship place is Heshuo United Science and Technology Co., Ltd. of Jiangsu Suzhou High-tech Zone. This is my first time to the southern city, so this internship is also a valuable experience in my life.In the practice of this internship, I learned a lot of things.Not only is there a lot of professional knowledge, but also the knowledge of life needed as a member of this society.This internship had benefited me a lot.During nearly four months of internship, I was assigned to many positions.Xbox assembly line feeding station, HDD assembly station, laptop appearance cleaning station, and laptop online test station.My job at the assembly line feeding station is to unpack and put the parts into production line from the shelves managed by the material personnel and put them into the production line so that the assembly line can work normally.I have two main positions on the production line of notebook computers, namely, appearance cleaning station and test station. The main thing I do in the appearance cleaning station is to paint, that is, to remedy the shortcomings in the work of the staff at the last station.In the online test station, the machine is put into the testing instrument, and the functions of each system are tested according to the prompts, such as color acquisition, whether the camera has foreign bodies, etc.This paper mainly introduces the work flow, working principle and specific work content of conveyor belt in pipeline production. The nearly four-month internship in Heshuo exposed me to a lot of knowledge that I could not learn in school.Also let me have a deeper understanding of electrical engineering and automation. Thank the school for giving us the opportunity to practice.
