Dkcom大金空调机远程监控板(一拖二)用户手册2013年9月修订大金空调机远程监控板说明书大金空调机监控接口板是为实现大金空调机计算机监控功能而设计的专门化部件,该接口板向用户提供一个计算机监控接口(RS232/RS485),通过该监控接口用户可获取大金空调机的数据,控制空调机。
通过建设空调机集中监控系统,用户可对空调机进行四遥(遥测、遥信、遥调、遥控),实现远程维护。
1、主要功能(1) 遥信功能提供空调机的运行状态,包括工作方式、风量设置等;提供空调机的告警信息。
(2)遥测功能提供空调机的工作温度设置值;提供空调机内温度传感器的温度值。
(3)遥调功能远程设置空调机的工作方式、风量设置、工作温度等。
(4)遥控功能控制空调机的开机与关机。
(5)本地操作与远程操作并行用户可通过空调机控制面板的按键操作控制空调机,所有控制结果都能通过监控接口获取;用户还可通过空调机监控接口下达控制命令来控制空调机,所有控制结果同步地在空调机遥控器的LCD上显示出来。

(也可外部供电,8—15V,AC、DC均可)2、P1、P2接空调机室内外板通信端子座,没有极性。

大金空调使用手册VRV空调系统如皋市公安业务用房大楼空调系统采用的是日本大金公司的水环VRV(variable refrigerant volume)中央空调系统。
VRV直译为变制冷剂流量,这是一种有用完善的独立区域控制能力的空调系统。
能够在一个制冷回路上连接多台不同规格型号的室内机,因为室外机是微电脑控制的变频式压缩机,所以每一台室内机都拥有完全独立的开关和调节的控制能力。

(非主控制器只能在主控制器执行的模式下进行转换:当主控制器为制冷时,可以进行通风、除湿、制冷运转,当主控制器是制热时只能进行通风和制热运转。
)12、风扇速度控制钮可根据要求选择风扇的速度,“高”“低”。

二、准备工作1.在改造前准备好监控板及附件,十字螺丝刀,尖头钳,9孔信号线(见下图)及调试用笔记本电脑。
2.改造时应由两人进行。
3.9孔信号线示意图三、RS232/485接口板安装步骤1.拉开下回风格栅;2.旋下两颗螺钉;3.卸下面板;4.卸下电气盒盖板;5.卸下上面板;6.向下斜拉,取下面板;7.卸下电气盒; 8.准备好监控板,及其附件;9.在盒体上插入插脚; 10.安装监控板;11.插上接线孔保护套;将黑白信号线接入第一组螺栓;黄蓝电源线插入插孔;信号线(附配)插入白色插座。
13.安装上盒盖; 14.将监控盒装在电气盒后面;15.安装电气盒; 16.将电源线另一头插在空调电脑板上,注意极性一致;17.信号线接在P1、P2上, 18.盖上电气盒盖板;19.将九孔信号线与监控板接口连接; 20.另一头与电脑连接;21.开启电脑,进行调试; 22.调试结束后,装上面板。
23.装下面板; 24.拧紧螺钉;25.盖紧盖板,改造结束。
注:新监控板安装步骤及方法与旧监控板一致。
四、监控板设置在使用监控板之前需根据要求对监控板进行设置工作,具体设置方法,及设置内容如下:⒈按下方框所示按钮,红灯闪烁。
⒉遥控器过60秒后显示“88”。
⒊再过15秒后显示正常。
⒋持续按TEST键4秒,遥控器如图显示“10”。
⒌按下图示按钮直到遥控器显示⒍按下图示按钮直到遥控器显“20”。
示“15”。
⒎按下时钟 键改变显示屏左边数值,按下时钟 键改变显示屏右边数值。
根据附表中的项目来改变设置。
在“20”项目下的设置完毕后按一下左图中的按钮。
⒏持续按TEST 键4秒,遥控 ⒐持续按TEST 键4秒,遥控器 器显示“40”。

四、安装说明1.接线端子定义2.接线方法①电源接入端为VIN1和VIN2,不分正负极性;②RS485连接端为RXD/B和TXD/A(通讯模式要设置为RS485模式);③RS232连接端为RXD/B、TXD/A及GND(通讯模式要设置为RS485模式);④空调连接端为对应的P1、P2。
3.通讯模式设定RS485方式的设定①版本为2.0和3.0设置方法:面对接线端,J4,J5短接左边两跳针(J4,J5皆为3针跳针,中间针为公共针);②版本为5.0设置方法:K1断开,S2置485,S1(蓝色自锁按键开关)弹起;③版本为5.1设置方法:S1置TB,S2置RS485。
RS232方式的设定①版本为2.0和3.0设置方法:面对接线端,J4,J5短接右边边两跳针(J4,J5皆为3针跳针,中间针为公共针);②版本为5.0设置方法:K1短接,S2置S232,S1(蓝色自锁按键开关)压下;③版本为5.1设置方法:S1置TA,S2置RS232。
4.注意事项:①电源接入端为VIN1和VIN2(不分正负极性),输入电源不得使用GND端子,GND端子是与主机通讯方式为RS232时使用的;②确保接线正确(接线端与定义连接一致,端子之间不能有短路,端子不能虚接)时才可通电测试;③通讯模式一定要设置正确,出厂默认设置为RS485方式;④本设备安装置干燥通风处,不得安装在潮湿或容易积水的位置。

2 机房空调的时间轮值(双机切换)。
3 读取大金空调的故障状况,实现故障报警背景技术日本大金空调采用高效耐用的优质压缩机和稳定易控的电路系统,十分适合机房使用,大金空调提供了P端子应用于外接监控系统,可以多台空调联网运行,统一调度。
机房空调运行条件苛刻,24小时运转使压缩机温度会不断攀升,遇到外机过脏或电压偏低等情况都会造成系统故障,为解决此问题,让两台空调轮流工作是合适的解决办法,一方面大大降低了故障几率,另一方面,在一台机出现故障的情况下可及时转换到另一台运行,特别适应于无人值守的情况。
因大金空调采用日本独有的数据通信传输协议Homebus,和国内常见的RS485传输协议并不兼容,限制了大金空调在远程监控和智能控制方面的应用。
为解决此问题,我设计这款智能控制器,利用两条无极性的数据线从大金空调P端子将空调运行数据采集,传输到主板进行数据转换和执行,转换后的协议采用RS485信号传输,供上位机进行二次开发和监控。
发明内容本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,利用两条无极性的数据线从大金空调P 端子将空调运行数据采集,转换为RS485接口输出,转换后的通信协议为MODBUS-RTU.本实用新型是这样的,先利用HBS解码电路对空调发出的HBS信号进行解码,用单片机的程序对编码进行分析,然后将空调机的开关和温度代码写入存储器进行记忆;控制器外接485驱动电路,经CPU运算后,向外输出MODBUS协议格式的RS485信号。
本设备还配有热敏电阻,不停对环境温度进行判断,并显示在数码管上。
控制器有按纽输入设定温度和切换时间,当控制器工作时,中央控制器CPU对通信传输的信号进行综合判断,发出控制空调开关机等指令,系统也会把空调的运行状况和故障情况实时传递到485端口,供上位机查询。

⑵热起动为了防止在制热开始运转时,从室内机吹出冷风,室内机的风扇自动停止运转。

13.定时器方式启动/停止钮:由专业人员操作。

13.定时器方式启动/停止钮:由专业人员操作。

15.检验/运转钮:本按钮仅可由专业的维修人员进行维修时使用!正常运转时请勿使用!16.程序设定时间钮:使用该钮,可设定程序“启动或停止”系统运转的时间。

18.空气滤尘网清扫指示复位钮:请参照室内机附带的使用说明书。

大金1-P BOX说明书
一、空调的供电应有专用线,在专用线路中应设有断路器或空气开关,供电导线、保险丝都应符合有关规定,不能随意更改。
二、为防止绝缘破损造成漏电危险,如有条件,可设置漏电保护器,其动作电流为15到30毫安,切断时间应不大于0.1秒。
三、空调器的开机、停机都要使用开关,不要用直接插拔电源插头来开、停空调器.这样一来造成空调控制系统会损坏,二来在插拔时会在插头和插座之间拉电弧,造成人身安全事故。
而且长期在待机中,不仅消耗了一定的电量,还会在雷雨天容易遭雷击。
四、所有电器插头都要插紧,不能松动.否则会造成接触不良,损坏空调器。
五、住处电表容量不够,一定要先行增容,切莫抱看侥幸心理,以免因线路不堪负荷而发生火灾。
六、应认真阅读使用说明书,按规定操作,切莫胡乱按撤遥控器。
七、老式空调器停机后不可在3分钟内重新开机,否则容易烧坏压缩机.新式空调安有防止。
分钟内重新开机的电路,即使在3分钟内重开机,压缩机也不工作。
八、一旦出现异常声响,应立刻关机、切断电源,并请厂家特约维修点或办事处技术人员到场检修
九、大金空调器在运转时,切勿对着它喷杀虫剂或挥发性液体,以免漏电酿成火灾
十、电源电压超过了工作额定电压240w以上时,最好停用空调器,以保安全.使用空调器时,若发现电源电压过低,应马上断电停止使用.容易损坏压缩机。

二、准备工作1.在改造前准备好监控板及附件,十字螺丝刀,尖头钳,9 孔信号线(见下图)及调试用笔记本电脑。
2.改造时应由两人进行。

13. 安装上盒盖;14. 将监控盒装在电气盒后面;15. 安装电气盒;16. 将电源线另一头插在空调电脑板上,注意极性一致;17. 信号线接在P 1、P2上,18. 盖上电气盒盖板;19. 将九孔信号线与监控板接口连接;20. 另一头与电脑连接;21. 开启电脑,进行调试;22. 调试结束后,装上面板。
23. 装下面板;24. 拧紧螺钉;25.盖紧盖板,改造结束。
注:新监控板安装步骤及方法与旧监控板一致。
四、监控板设置在使用监控板之前需根据要求对监控板进行设置工作,具体设置方法,及设置内容如下:⒈按下方框所示按钮,红灯闪烁。
⒉遥控器过60秒后显示“88”。
⒊再过15秒后显示正常。
⒋持续按TEST键4秒,遥控器如图显示“10”。
⒌按下图示按钮直到遥控器显示⒍按下图示按钮直到遥控器显“20”。

⒎按下时钟键改变显示屏左边数值,按下时钟键改变显示屏右边数值。

①版本为2.0和3.0设置方法:面对接线端,J4,J5短接左边两跳针(J4,J5皆为3针跳针,中间
针为公共针);
②版本为5.0设置方法:K1断开,S2置485,S1(蓝色自锁按键开关)弹起;
③版本为5.1设置方法:S1置TB,S2置RS485。
RS232方式的设定
①版本为2.0和3.0设置方法:面对接线端,J4,J5短接右边边两跳针(J4,J5皆为3针跳针,
中间针为公共针);
②版本为5.0设置方法:K1短接,S2置S232,S1(蓝色自锁按键开关)压下;
③版本为5.1设置方法:S1置TA,S2置RS232。
4.注意事项:
