人教版七年级上册Unit 9 My favorite subject is science.(Section A)教学设计一.学情分析:本单元是人教版新目标英语七年级上册第九单元,也是最后一个单元。
主要围绕“School subjects”这个话题展开讨论,并懂得询问和回答最喜欢的学科和喜欢的原因,以及星期的表达。
本课时unit 9 的第一课时,在本单元的教学中起导入作用。
教学目标是让学生掌握并学会运用学科的表达方式 并且学会运用有what 引导的特殊疑问句。
本课时主要以听说为主进行教学,为本单元接下来的语言学习和运用打基础。
二.教材分析:Unit 9 以“School subject”为话题,选材于学生的日常生活,十分符合学生实际。
七年级的学生开始学习各种科目:语文、数学、英语、生物、历史、地理、美术、音乐等。
学习生活有了紧凑的安排,每天的课程都排得满满的。
他们也一定会有自己喜欢的科目,有自己的学习计划。
通过讨论学习,能够提高他们的学习兴趣,进行合理的学习安排。
Section A 主要通过听、说和讨论的活动让学生了解怎样用英语询问和回答最喜欢的学科和喜欢的原因。
并学会用fun, interesting, boring, difficult, relaxing等形容词来表达自己喜欢某个学科的原因。
学会新词汇和用特殊疑问句What’s your favorite subject. Why do you like...? Who is your ...teacher? 等句型来进行口语交际。
三、教学目标:(知识目标、能力目标、情感目标、学习策略目标) 1、知识目标:(1)学习单词:favorite, subject, English, Chinese, math, science, geography, art, music, P.E.(2)掌握句子:What’s your favorite subject?My favorite subject is ….2、能力目标:提高学生听、说、读及小组合作与竞争能力。

Unit 9 My favorite subject is science.Section A 1a-1c教学设计一、教材分析本单元围绕“谈论自己所喜欢的学科”这一话题,展开形式多样的听、说、读、写学习活动。
学习用because和表示品质的形容词表示理由;学习what,why,who,when引导的特殊疑问句。
通过本单元的学习使学生学会谈论自己喜好的学科或自己喜好的其它事情并给出理由。
二、学情分析本单元的主题是“谈论自己所喜欢的学科”,主要是学习学科的表达、表示品质的形容词、一周中星期一到星期天的表达方式;学习用because表示理由。
在询问“对方所喜欢的学科和人物”时,要使用以前所学过的What、Who疑问句,再学习“询问理由”所用的Why疑问句。
教师可引导学生通过比较、对照的方法掌握所学疑问句的结构和使用以及回答。
三、教学方法本单元采用自主学习、小组合作探究、Imitating and repeating,Practicing,Comparing和Role playing的学习策略,利用教学图片、幻灯片或制作多媒体课件来展开课堂Pair work问答式的口语交际活动或调查活动,谈论各自所喜欢的学科或其它的事情并给出理由。

三,教学步骤一、第一教学环节:情景创设。
导入新课Section A的主要内容是学习“询问和谈论所喜欢的学科”和“询问并给出理由”的语言结构。
在导人新课时,可采取视听导入法和提问式导人法。
1.出示各门学科的教科书或封面图画或幻灯片或播放课件,教学或回顾一些学科名词:What subject is it? It’s English/…。
2.出示各门学科的教科书或封面图画或幻灯片,然后说:My favorite subject is English.,再询问学生:What’s your favorite subject?,引导学生作出回答,从而引出本部分的重点目标语言结构。
3.引导学生将1a部分的学科名词与图画中的活动场景进行搭配,完成1a部分的教学任务。
1)一边仔细观看各门学科的教科书或封面图画或幻灯片,一边听老师的介绍,或一边观看课件,一边听介绍,回答老师的问题,跟着老师读,学习一些学科名词。

本单元教学难点及重点教学重点1.what和why 提问的特殊问句及其回答2.科目名称以及描述对其认知的性质形容词(fun, interesting, boring, difficult, relaxing , exciting)3.各星期的名称。
