制作过程：（以powerpoint2003为例，如版本不同，命令的位置和操作有区别）一、“白手起家法”打开powerpoint软件，出现在面前的是一个空白的单页文件，有两个虚线框（虚线框叫文本框，像个“小纸条”。

幻灯片文件中的每一页相当于一个“底板”，我们需要把各种元素如文字、图片、声音、视频等，一一“粘”上去。

而文字就必须出现这样的文本框中）。

单击即可输入内容。

继续使用“插入”菜单下“新幻灯片”命令来增加页，并且在文本框中输入内容···，字体的修改可以选定文字后，使用“格式”菜单下的“字体”。

然后，单击“文件”菜单下的“保存”按钮，选择位置，输入文件名，单击“保存”按钮。

最简单的幻灯片就做好了。

使用“视图”菜单下的“幻灯片放映”或者按键盘上的F5键进行放映，按回车键或鼠标单击进行翻页。

当然不如人意，所以需要往下看——使用设计模板：单击“格式”菜单下的“幻灯片设计”，可以出现右侧，选择一种喜欢的模板，幻灯片就不再是白色底片了。

选好模板后，还可以使用“配色方案”来修改此模板中的文字等的配色方案。

某一页文本框不够用的话，要增加文本框，可以使用“插入”菜单下的“文本框”—“水平”，之后用鼠标在需要的地方拖动画出框的大小，然后输入内容即可。

删除文本框，单击文本框的边线位置，边线变粗，按键盘上的“delete”键，或者用“编辑”菜单下的“清除”幻灯片编辑区备注编辑区命令。

文本框大小和位置的调整：单击文本框的边框，边框变粗，并出现8个小圆圈，指向小圆圈，鼠标变形为双向的箭头，拖动即可改变框的大小；如果指向边框，鼠标变形为四向箭头，拖动即可改变框的位置。

插入软件自带的图片：“插入”——“剪贴画”，如右图；输入要搜索的类型，如“人物”、“动物”、“自然”、“办公室”等，单击“搜索”按钮，然后双击需要的图片即可。

插入自己计算机上的图片：“插入”——“来自文件”，在打开的对话框中找到需要的图片，然后单击“插入”按钮。
