Outdoor activities and indoor activities
It is becoming a popular problem that whether people should choose outdoor activities or indoor activities. In this modern society people like to spend their leisure time by doing activities. For me, I prefer the outdoor activities.
Firstly, outdoor activities will give us a chance to feel the nature closely which makes me very relax. I like to play soccer with my friends in my spare time and of course we can not play it at home or in some exercise court. I am really dizzy after I do my homework for a long time and my mother always suggests me to go out and take a breath. Then, I always play football with the cool air in the ground. The grass is so green and the wind seems so fresh. After I play football I feel more relax and refreshing.
I enjoy a really beautiful time outsides.
Secondly, having activity can also beneficial our health. The oxygen can will good for our brain. The fresh air, the sunshine, the little breeze are the essential of the health. Also, there is no doubt that we can only get it by doing outdoor activities.
Compared with outdoor activities, indoor activities are safer. For example, playing basketball is very likely to injure the legs or arms. When we have outdoor activities we need to take big risk of our safety. Also, hiker is easily to get lost.
In conclusion, I individually prefer outdoor activities to indoor activities
because I not only like to relax myself but also to get closely to the nature cause I really like the pure nature. Outdoor activities give us an opportunity to get healthier in a particular way. Therefore I enjoy the outdoor activities.
