To understand the status of occupational stress, sleep quality and physical health in petroleum worker, for explore the relationship among occupational stress, sleep quality and physical health status, then provide scientific basis for improving the mental health status of petroleum workers. Method Using the occupation stress inventory Revised Edition (occupational Stress inventory revised edition, OSI-R), Pittsburgh sleep quality index ((Pittsburgh sleep quality index, PSQI) and the questionnaire of chronic non communicable diseases, using the method of stratified cluster random sampling, random 1100 petroleum workers were adopted to survey. Results Comparison of petroleum workers exposed to ORQ, PSQ, PRQ and other sub item score and the national norm, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); The petroleum workers PSQI total score and sub item compared with national norm, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); The petroleum workers of common chronic non communicable diseases top ten were cervical, lumbar disease, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, chronic digestive system diseases, bone and joint diseases, ophthalmic diseases, chronic diseases of urinary system disease, thyroid disease, coronary heart disease and diabetes, respectively hold investigation;In Different occupational stress level except sleep efficiency and hypnotic drug score were no significant difference(P>0.05), the rest of the score difference was statistically significant (P<0.01);There are difference on neck, waist diseases and hypertension and coronary heart disease in different occupational stress degree groups.Conclusion The petroleum workers' occupational stress, sleep disorders and physical health problems is serious, should be paid more attention by improving their occupational stress,physical and mental health problems.
了解野外油田作业工人职业紧张、睡眠质量和生理健康状况,探讨其间的相关关系。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,随机抽取野外油田作业工人1100名,采用职业紧张量表修订版(occupational Stress inventory revised edition,OSI-R)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表((Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)和慢性非传染性疾病调查表对其进行调查。结果野外油田作业工人ORQ、PSQ、PRQ及其他各子项得分与国内常模比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);PSQI总分及其子项与国内常模比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);常见慢性非传染性疾病前十位依次为颈、腰部疾病、高血压、高血脂、慢性消化系统疾病、骨关节疾病、眼科疾病、慢性泌尿系统疾病、甲状腺疾病、冠心病和糖尿病;不同职业紧张水平油田工人除睡眠效率和催眠药物得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)外,其余各项得分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同职业紧张水平颈、腰部疾病、高血压和冠心病患病人数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论野外油田作业工人职业紧张、睡眠障碍和生理健康状况问题较严重,改善其职业紧张水平和身心健康问题应引起广
泛关注。
To understand the occupational stress, sleep quality and physical health status of workers in the field, and to explore the relationship between them.
Method Using stratified cluster sampling method, were randomly selected from oil field workers exposed to 1100, the occupational stress inventory Revised Edition (Occupational Stress Inventory revised edition OSI-R), Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI scale (Pittsburgh sleep quality index, PSQI) and chronic non communicable diseases questionnaire on the investigation.
Results The scores of ORQ, PSQ, PRQ and other sub items in the petroleum workers were statistically significant (P<0.01);The total score of PSQI and its sub items were statistically significant (P<0.01);Common chronic non communicable diseases before ten followed by the neck, lumbar disease, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, chronic diseases of the digestive system, bone and joint diseases, eye diseases, chronic urinary system disease, thyroid disease, coronary heart disease and diabetes; different occupational stress level of oil field workers in addition to the differences between the scores of the sleep efficiency and hypnotic drugs without statistical significance (P>0.05), the rest of the each score differences were statistically significant (P<0.01);There were significant differences in the prevalence of carotid, lumbar disease, hypertension and coronary heart disease among different occupational stress levels (P<0.05).Conclusion The occupational stress, sleep disorder and physical health status of the petroleum workers are more serious, and the occupational stress level and physical and mental health problems should be paid more attention.
