化合物的残留分析可选择最大紫外吸收波长;化合物常规定量分析可选择适宜分析波长,它可以简化操作步骤及减少分析时间。

The maximum and appropriate absorption wavelengths of the chemicals were chose out. The maximum absorption wavelengths were appropriate for the residue analysis of chemicals. The appropriate absorption wavelengths were appropriate for quantitative analysis of chemicals. The utilizing appropriate absorption wavelengths of chemicals could simply operating steps of analytical methods and reduce operating time. The SP6641A evaluation board uses a Sumida CDRH5D28 22uH inductor with an Isat value of 0.9A and a DCR of 0.095ohms, which easily handles the Ipeak of 0.33A of the SP6641A and will deliver high efficiencies. TheSP6641B evaluation board uses a Sumida CDRH5D28 10uH inductor with an Isat value of 1.3A and a DCR of 0.065ohms, which easily handles the Ipeak of 1.0A of the SP6641B and will deliver high efficiencies. Other inductors could be selected provided their Isat is greater than the Ipeak of the SP6641A/6641B.4) Selecting the Capacitors and Filter ComponentsFor the SP6641A, 22uF ceramic capacitors are used, which work well due to their inherently low ESR, which will help produce low peak to peak output ripple, and reduce high frequency spikes as well due to their low impedance. To obtain low peak to peak ripple for the SP6641B, the output capacitor needs to have ESR as low as 35 to 40 mohms and have a value of at least100uF, for which the 330uF Sanyo POSCAP was chosen for its 40mohms max. ESR. Other ultra low ESR capacitors such the radial lead 100uF Sanyo OSCON or one of the new SM low ESR Polymer capacitors like the 100uF Panasonic UD series could be used. This low ripple is obtained with no output spikes through the use of a LC filter consisting of small 0805 SM bead core L2 and 10uF ceramic capacitor C3.POWER SUPPLY DATAPower supply data is provided for the “B” version of the SP6641B, which has a peak inductor current limit of 1A, with the 3.3V output option. Figure 1 shows the switching signals still present as 1.0V spikes on the 330uF capacitor C2. Note that no output spikes are seen in figures 2 and 3 through the use of a small LC filter after the 330uF capacitor. The SP6641B’s low output ripple of 45 to 50mVpp is shown for a typical input of 2.0V to 3.0V and an output load of 300mA.Figure 1. 1铝的基本特性与应用范围铝是元素周期表中第三周期主族元素,原子序数为13,原子量为26.9815。
铝具有一系列比其他有色金属、钢铁、塑料和木材等更优良的特性,如密度小,仅为2.7 g / cm3,约为铜或钢的1/3;良好的耐蚀性和耐候性;良好的塑性和加工性能;良好的导热性和导电性;良好的耐低温性能,对光热电波的反射率高、表面性能好;无磁性;基本无毒;有吸音性;耐酸性好;抗核辐射性能好;弹性系数小;良好的力学性能;优良的铸造性能和焊接性能;良好的抗撞击性。
此外,铝材的高温性能、成型性能、切削加工性、铆接性以及表面处理性能等也比较好。
因此,铝材在航天、航海、航空、汽车、交通运输、桥梁、建筑、电子电气、能源动力、冶金化工、农业排灌、机械制造、包装防腐、电器家具、日用文体等各个领域都获得了十分广泛的应用,下表列出了铝的基本特性及主要应用领域。
铝的基本特性及主要应用领域3 变形铝合金分类、牌号和状态表示法3. 1变形铝合金的分类变形铝合金的分类方法很多,目前,世界上绝大部分国家通常按以下三种方法进行分类。
⑴按合金状态图及热处理特点分为可热处理强化铝合金和不可热处理强化铝合金两大类。
不可热处理强化铝合金(如:纯铝、Al-Mn、Al-Mg、Al-Si系合金)和可热处理强化铝合金(如:Al-Mg-Si、Al-Cu、Al-Zn-Mg 系合金)。
⑵按合金性能和用途可分为:工业纯铝、光辉铝合金、切削铝合金、耐热铝合金、低强度铝合金、中强度铝合金、高强度铝合金(硬铝)、超高强度铝合金(超硬铝)、锻造铝合金及特殊铝合金等。
⑶按合金中所含主要元素成分可分为:工业纯铝(1×××系),Al-Cu合金(2×××系),Al-Mn合金(3×××系),Al-Si合金(4×××系),AL-Mg合金(5×××系),Al-Mg-Si合金(6×××系),Al-Zn-Mg合金(7×××系),Al-其它元素合金(8×××系)及备用合金组(9×××系)。

It is used for two-state and three-state control applications as well as for the control of regulating valves or SCR power controllers via a continuous controller output.The universal analog input for RTD temperature probes, thermocouples, or current/voltage sig-nals is user programmable. The setpoint value, the actual value, and all parameters are dis-played on two seven-segment LED displays (red/green) with one or two decimal place(s). The values can be displayed in °C or °F. Depending on the format, up to five relay outputs with a switching capacity of 3A / 230V or up to four logic outputs 0/14V are available. The switch po-sition of the relays or logic outputs is displayed using yellow LEDs. Different functions can be as-signed to these outputs. Here, the re-action of the control path to the specific vari-able changes is evaluated and the controller parameters proportional band, reset time, de-rivative time, cycle time, and filter time con-stant are calculated.Ramp functionThe ramp function is used for a constant change of setpoint value w up to the ramp limit value SP (entered setpoint value). A rising or a falling edge arises depending on the actual value at the time of ramp start t0. 缘乞科枚Journal of Green Science and Technology2021年4月第23卷第8期LC-MS/MS内标法测定猪肝中3种受体激动剂药物的不确定度分析何国成,贾晓菲,何思聰,周城仪,张益文(中山市农产品质量安全检验所,广东中山528437)摘要:利用超高效液相色谱一串联质谱法对猪肝中沙丁胺醇、克伦特罗、莱克多巴胺残留量进行不确定度评定。
依据《农业部1025号公告一18—2008》检测方法建立数学模型,然后根据不确定度评定标准《JJF—1059.1—2012》对各个数据来源进行量化分析,最终得到检测方法的综合不确定度。
结果表明:沙丁胺醇的含量为2.49ug/kg时,其扩展不确定度为0.48g/kg;克伦特罗的含量为2.52ug/kg时,其扩展不确定度为0.56g/kg;沙丁胺醇的含量为2.52ug/kg时,其扩展不确定度为0.56g/kg。
不确定度主要来源于检测仪器的状态、标准溶液的配制过程、标准曲线线性拟合情况和方法的重复性。
关键词:不确定度评定;卩一受体激动剂;同位素内标;超高效液相色谱一串联质谱中图分类号:O657文献标识码:A文章编号:1674-9944(2021)08-0119-041引言P—受体激动剂属于苯乙醇胺类药物,也称为(3—肾上腺素能受体激动剂,医学上常用于治疗呼吸道疾病,同时其在生物体内还具有“再分配效应”,促进生物体内脂肪的分解,并为蛋白质合成提供有利条件,故俗称“瘦肉精”。
p—受体激动剂在临床上用于人体剂量较低,但是一些动物饲养者有时会违法在动物饲料中添加大剂量的卩一受体激动剂来提高牲畜瘦肉率和饲料转化率切。
动物摄入后主要蓄积在肝脏和肾中,人体摄入过量的(3—受体激动剂会出现心率加快症状,进而加重心脑血管、糖尿病、冠心病等患者症状。
为保证受体激动剂残留量检测结果的准确可靠,科学地描述整个实验过程中检测结果产生的误差,按照《检测和校准实验室能力的通用要求》中的规定,实验室的每个证书或报告必须要有不确定评定的说明,以便规范实验室管理,保证检验工作质量⑵。
