天丝前处理工艺流程：
1. 清梳（Scutcher），将天丝纤维束打散成蓬松的状态，去除其中的杂质和异纤。

2. 捻接（Carding），将蓬松的纤维进一步梳理，去除短纤维和杂质，形成均匀、平行的纤维条。

3. 梳理（Drawing），将纤维条拉伸、细化，去除粗纤维和杂质，并将其排列整齐。

4. 精梳（Combing），将纤维进一步细化，去除短纤维和杂质，并将其梳理成平行的状态。

5. 并条（Roving），将梳理好的纤维条并合在一起，形成粗纱条。

6. 粗纱（Slubbing），将并条拉伸、细化，使其成为粗纱。

7. 细纱（Spinning），将粗纱进一步拉伸、细化，形成细纱。

8. 卷绕（Winding），将细纱卷绕到筒管上，形成纱轴。

9. 退浆（Desizing），去除纱轴上的浆料，以便进行后续的染色和加工。
