D、每月15号侧重跟进检讨清算楼梯蜘蛛网.
E、每月1号清算电梯槽.(将电梯打开的情形下两侧的缝内干净)
F、每三个月:
a)干净一次电梯厅.走廊射灯灯罩,分多次完成.
b)楼层工作车紧螺丝.
c)公区走廊刷地毯边.
G、每周一至四分离跟进4至7楼立式烟缸上不锈钢油,边缝干净.垃圾桶下方干净.
H、每周五.六分离跟进4至5.6至7楼电梯厅电梯门框.电梯按键上不锈钢油.。
