Unit1 第1课时【内容来源】人民教育出版社(一起点)五年级上册Unit1 Classmates【课时】第1课时一、教学目标1. 能够听懂、会说clever, careless, polite, quiet, cute, friendly, helpful, active 和popular九个单词,并尝试借助拼读规律记忆单词。
2. 能够运用已学功能句操练本课新学词汇,并能对同学的性格特征进行简单的描述。
3. 能够根据语境从上述单词中选择恰当的词填空。
二、教学建议A. Listen and match.1. 热身导入(1) 教师先出示与朋友假期一起聚会或旅游的照片,向学生介绍自己的朋友,然后问一问学生在假期里都做了些什么,班级里谁是自己的好朋友,他/她都经常做些什么,来引出本课主题。
(2) 教师引导学生观察A项情境图,然后师生一起讨论:Who are they? What is the topic about? 让学生初步了解Bill的朋友,预测听力材料可能涉及的内容。
2. 呈现新的学习内容(1) 播放A项录音,让学生整体感知新语言。
(2) 再次播放录音,学生完成听力任务。
(3) 第三次播放录音,教师与学生一起边听录音边对答案。
3. 词汇学习和操练(1) 词汇学习教师将九个目标词汇教学卡片放到黑板上,每次请一名学生选择一个词卡摘下来读给全班听。
如果遇学生不会或读得不准等情况,教师可以引导学生借助学过的拼读规则拼读单词,例如polite→/pə/, /laɪ/, /t/。
教师边带着学生读边在单词下面划三条小线段,如po,li,te。
再让学生试读几遍,边读边记。
然后逐一进行词汇学习。
①学习clever教师出一道数学题或出一道英语猜谜题,当有学生答对时,教师要立刻表扬最快给出答案的学生:You’re clever.接着提问:Who is clever in our class?②学习careless教师展示作业本上一些不该犯的错题,然后描述这样的学生:They’re careless.③学习polite教师做动作让学生明白polite的含义。

Unit l What does she look like?一、教学目标:二、单元分析1.学习链接(1)词汇①有关人物描述的形容词tall, short, big, small,在四年级已经学过。
②Chinese,maths将在五年级上册第八单元重点学习,本单元不作读写要求。
③口头语guess,think在平时的课堂用语中出现过,本单元只要求听得懂、会说即可。
(2)句型:①句型“ He is …”在三年级学过。
②句型“ He has …”在四年级学过。
2、话题解读本单元话题为外貌描述(Appearance)。
教师可以较多地创设情境,让学生运用基本句型“ What does he / she look like?”“ He /Sheis …“ He /She has…”来进行操练。
“如广播寻人”的情境创设,通过简要描述人物的外貌特征,让学生获得信息并查找此人。
3、难点分析(1)look like:大多数学生只知道like的一个意思是“喜欢”,而不知道另一个意思“像”,因此在理解和运用上有难度。
(2)has big eyes:动词have的第三人称单数形式has容易和be 动词is的用法混淆。
(3)信件的形式的阅读文本给学生增加了新奇感,同时也存在视觉上的难度挑战,学生要能读懂信件的寄信人、收信人和大概内容,需要教师点拨才行。
