为了尽快将播音主持协会创办成功并使之开展壮大,经过一系列讨论之后,现特将协会本年度工作及活动方案初步制定如下:〔一〕招收成员协会主要成员确定以后,要开始制定正规的协会规章制度和年度工作安排,确定人员主要职责。
协会正式成立以后,首先由宣传部负责协会的对外宣传工作,并且要发动其他学生会部口和协会以其名义出版面宣传,到达理想的宣传效果,使之在成立之初就要打知名气,本学期招收15名成员。
并在本学期末举办一次小型活动。
下学期开始要使协会逐步走上开展正轨。

〔二〕活动方案1、协会主席团及社长副社长,组织委员宣传委员半月一次例会,主要各部部长总结半月工作,安排协商协会下半月工作安排及训练内容。
2、做好会员平时的培训及联系工作。
初步规定协会会员每月四次集中训练,包括普通话、根本播音发声、朗读技巧、主持艺术、形体等。
训练内容按递进方式进行,并视情况进行调整,由相关部口部长主要负责,其他干事协助。
并在每月全体会员例会时,交流训练心得,展示训练成果。
3、每月组织一次诗歌朗诵会,主题视情况而定,由全体成员参加,展示成员风貌。
为使诗会到达理想效果,由社长全面负责统筹安排,组织委员负责节目训练及彩排,宣传委员负责对外宣传。
4、每学期举办诗歌朗诵比赛,参赛选手从全校征集,注重赛前宣传力度,开掘优秀参赛选手〔这是活动质量的最关键环节,也是比赛筹备的主要工作〕,做好选手的选拔。
在决赛阶段,注重选手的培训和彩排〔每次比赛最少两次彩排〕,比赛中各部门注意紧密配合,做好一切赛场效劳。
宣传部及时作出通讯宣传,扩大比赛影响,真正办出播音协会的特色和风格。
