教材分析
本单元的主题是教会学生在日常生活中养成健康饮食的习惯。
整个单元以食物名词为主题,以一般现在时的like进行对话为途径,从听说读写等方面开展学习任务。
语法的重点是行为动词的一般现在时。
由于课文以对话展现,学生很容易地把生活中的情景和书上的对话以及文段比较自然地联合起来。
本单元的中心话题是Food,主要语言功能项目是Talk about likes and dislikes.当主语是第三人称单数时句型的变化以及回答是本单元的语法重点。
在第五单元学生已经对do and does 有了一定的认识。
本单元主要句型:Do you like…? 及其回答Yes, I do. / No, I don’t.学生就容易理解。
综上所述,本单元以食物为主线,围绕着谈论喜欢与不喜欢以及一日三餐等语言功能项目展开了一系列任务活动。
要求学生能够用英语写一篇介绍自己家人喜欢和不喜欢的食物,养成健康饮食的习惯。

前两课时已经学习了一些食物名称及如何表达对食物的喜好,在第三课时又学习了如何表达对三餐食物的喜好。
这些都为本节课的阅读做了很好的铺垫。
本节课是本单元的阅读板块,2a的读前活动先让学生思考哪些是健康食物,目的是激发学生对背景知识的了解。
本单元的阅读材料是一篇记者对一位体育明星的采访对话,体育明星谈到了自己的一日三餐的饮食习惯,其中融入了健康的饮食思想。
2b的读中活动让学生关注文章中的食物名词,抓关键信息。
2c的读后活动让学生通过造句的方式转述文中信息,不仅可以加深对文章的理解,还可以为后面的写作做准备。
二、学情分析七年级的学生刚刚接触英语阅读,他们仅能够对阅读材料进行根本的归纳、分析、表述,对阅读的认识仍处于感性阶段,综合分析能力不强,但他们有很强的参与热情。
三、教学目标1、知识与技能〔1〕学习含有实义动词“like〞的一般现在时的特殊疑问句:What do you like for breakfast? What fruit do you like?〔2〕学习实义动词 eat, ask和 want 在一般现在时中的使用。
〔3〕能够正确使用以下常用表达:ask…about, want to be.〔4〕能通过阅读短文,提取信息。
