The count down system provides also the needed signals for the time constant switch,the line PLL inhibition and service signals to the rest of the IC. CHROMAACC Amplifier,DL Matrix,Permutator and De-modulatorThe correct chroma subcarrier input,issued from bandpassor bell filter,is internally selected with the standard.The ACC amplifier envolves three stages:the first one select the correct input,the second one the-6dB in picture(PAL mode),the third one is controled by the ACC voltage.The dynamic range is over than30dB.The chrominance output signal is fed to the delay line.-PAL mode:the adding and substracting direct and delayed signals are performed by the DL matrix function. A90degree phase shifter permits to recover the 0degree reference signal.A flip-flop driven by line pulses permits to generate the alternate±90de-gree signal.ACC Control and Color KillerPAL mode:the direct burst signal is demodulated with the±90 degree reference signal.The demodulation result is used by ACC control and killer function. SECAM mode:ACC control is done by a X2demodulator.For identification the burst signals of the red and blue lines are demodulated by the external LC con-nected on Pin31,it is centered at4.32MHz.This give positive and negative signals which are in-verted by the signal coming out of the SECAM flip-flop.In both standard,if the demodulation result is al-ways positive,the killer capacitor is charged and the standard is identified(color ON).When de-modulation result is always negative,the killer ca-pacitor voltage reaches the flip-flop inhibition level, so the alternace sequence is reversed and the capacitor is charged again.In case of no video signal,both killer capacitors voltage are maintained about V CC/2,below the color off threshold.In PAL or SECAM,the ACC control voltage is obtained by the peakdetection of the demodulated burst.STV2110A3/15Automatic Standard IdentificationThe circuit is alternatelyforced in eachmode during two fields (PAL mode,SECAM mode disabled or SECAM mode,PAL mode disabled).If PALsignal is identified,the alternate PAL/SECAM sequency is locked in PAL mode.To have a SECAM identification,the circuit must memorizes a first SECAM identification,than test the PAL mode and confirm a second SECAM iden-tification.The SECAM identification will take from four to six fields.Output Pin 21,named PS,is high level in PAL mode and low level in SECAM mode.Forced standard :Pin 21can be used for the purpose :-Pin 21to HVCC :PAL mode -Pin 21to ground :SECAM mode VIDEOInput StageThe luminance input is controlled by the contrast control stage which range is 20dB.The luminance and color difference signals are added in the video matrix circuit to obtain the color signals.The color signals are sent to an RGB switch which will drive to the outputs either internal RGB signals or external RGB signals.Automatic Cut-off ControlThe black levels of the RGB outputs are controlled with the cut-off loops during three line periods after the frame retrace.The cut-off measurements are sequentiallyachieved during these three lines.The leakage current measurement is achieved during the frame retrace and memorized on an internal capacitor,thus the circuit is able to extract the cut-off current from the total current measurement.Warm-up DetectorAt the start-up,the cut-off loops are switch off,a white level is inserted on the luminance signal until a cathode current is detected.Then the cut-off loops are released.RGB InputsTo avoid the black level of the inserted signal differing from the black level of the normal video signal,the external 针对IR2110的不足提出了几种扩展应用的方案,并给出了应用实例。
关键词:悬浮驱动;栅电荷;自举;绝缘门极1引言在功率变换装置中,根据主电路的结构,其功率开关器件一般采用直接驱动和隔离驱动两种方式。
采用隔离驱动方式时需要将多路驱动电路、控制电路、主电路互相隔离,以免引起灾难性的后果。
隔离驱动可分为电磁隔离和光电隔离两种方式。
光电隔离具有体积小,结构简单等优点,但存在共模抑制能力差,传输速度慢的缺点。
快速光耦的速度也仅几十kHz。
电磁隔离用脉冲变压器作为隔离元件,具有响应速度快(脉冲的前沿和后沿),原副边的绝缘强度高,dv/dt 共模干扰抑制能力强。
但信号的最大传输宽度受磁饱和特性的限制,因而信号的顶部不易传输。
而且最大占空比被限制在50%。
而且信号的最小宽度又受磁化电流所限。
脉冲变压器体积大,笨重,加工复杂。
凡是隔离驱动方式,每路驱动都要一组辅助电源,若是三相桥式变换器,则需要六组,而且还要互相悬浮,增加了电路的复杂性。
随着驱动技术的不断成熟,已有多种集成厚膜驱动器推出。
如EXB840/841、EXB850/851、M57959L/AL、M57962L/AL、HR065等等,它们均采用的是光耦隔离,仍受上述缺点的限制。
美国IR公司生产的IR2110驱动器。
它兼有光耦隔离(体积小)和电磁隔离(速度快)的优点,是中小功率变换装置中驱动器件的首选品种。
2IR2110内部结构和特点IR2110采用HVIC和闩锁抗干扰CMOS制造工艺,DIP14脚封装。
具有独立的低端和高端输入通道;悬浮电源采用自举电路,其高端工作电压可达500V,dv/dt=±50V/ns,15V下静态功耗仅116mW;输出的电源端(脚3,即功率器件的栅极驱动电压)电压范围10~20V;逻辑电源电压范围(脚9)5~15V,可方便地与TTL,CMOS电平相匹配,而且逻辑电源地和功率地之间允许有±5V的偏移量;工作频率高,可达500kHz;开通、关断延迟小,分别为120ns和94ns;图腾柱输出峰值电流为2A。

5)驱动电路设计IR2110 是美国国际整流器公司(International Rectifier Company)于 1990 年前后开发并投放市场至今独家生产的大功率MOSFET 专用驱动集成电路。
IR2110 的研制成功,使 MOSFET 驱动电路设计大为简化,又具有快速完整的保护功能,因而它的应用可极大地提高控制系统的可靠性并缩小控制板的尺寸。
IR2110 自举技术(自举电路也叫升压电路,利用自举升压二极管,自举升压电容等电子元件,使电容放电电压和电源电压叠加,从而使电压升高.有的电路升高的电压能达到数倍电源电压.自举二极管的作用,是利用其单向导电性完成电位叠加自举,二极管导通时,电容充电到U1 ,二极管截止时,电路通过电容放电时U1 与电路串联叠加自举!)同时输出两路驱动信号,驱动逆变桥中高压侧与低压侧 MOSFET,它的内部为自举工作设计了悬浮电源,悬浮电源保证了 IR2110 直接可用于母线电压为-4——+500V 的系统中来驱动功率 MOSFET。
同时器件本身允许驱动信号的电压上升率达±50V/μs,芯片自身有整形功能,实现了不论其输入信号前后沿陡度如何,都可保证加到被驱动 MOSFET 栅极上的驱动信号前后沿很陡,因而可极大地减少被驱动功率器件的开关时间,降低开关损耗。
IR2110 的功耗很小,故可极大地减小应用它来驱动功率 MOS 器件时栅极驱动电路的电源容量。
从而可减小栅极驱动电路的体积和尺寸,当其工作电源电压为 15V 时,其功耗仅为 1.6mW。
IR2110 的合理设计,使其输入级电源与输出级电源可应用不同的电压值,因而保证了其输入与 CMOS 或 TTL 电平兼容,而输出具有较宽的驱动电压范围,它允许的工作电压范围为 5-20V。
同时,允许逻辑地与工作地之间有-5--+5V 的电位差。
在 IR2110 内部不但集成有独立的逻辑电源实现与用户脉冲匹配,而且还集成有滞后和下拉特性的施密特触发器作为输入级,保证当驱动电路电压不足时封锁驱动信号,防止被驱动功率 MOS 器件退出饱和区、进入放大区而损坏。

针对IR2110的不足提出了几种扩展应用的方案,并给出了应用实例。
关键词:悬浮驱动;栅电荷;自举;绝缘门极1引言在功率变换装置中,根据主电路的结构,其功率开关器件一般采用直接驱动和隔离驱动两种方式。
采用隔离驱动方式时需要将多路驱动电路、控制电路、主电路互相隔离,以免引起灾难性的后果。
隔离驱动可分为电磁隔离和光电隔离两种方式。
光电隔离具有体积小,结构简单等优点,但存在共模抑制能力差,传输速度慢的缺点。
快速光耦的速度也仅几十kHz。
电磁隔离用脉冲变压器作为隔离元件,具有响应速度快(脉冲的前沿和后沿),原副边的绝缘强度高,dv/dt 共模干扰抑制能力强。
但信号的最大传输宽度受磁饱和特性的限制,因而信号的顶部不易传输。
而且最大占空比被限制在50%。
而且信号的最小宽度又受磁化电流所限。
脉冲变压器体积大,笨重,加工复杂。
凡是隔离驱动方式,每路驱动都要一组辅助电源,若是三相桥式变换器,则需要六组,而且还要互相悬浮,增加了电路的复杂性。
随着驱动技术的不断成熟,已有多种集成厚膜驱动器推出。
如EXB840/841、EXB850/851、M57959L/AL、M57962L/AL、HR065等等,它们均采用的是光耦隔离,仍受上述缺点的限制。
美国IR公司生产的IR2110驱动器。
它兼有光耦隔离(体积小)和电磁隔离(速度快)的优点,是中小功率变换装置中驱动器件的首选品种。
2IR2110内部结构和特点IR2110采用HVIC和闩锁抗干扰CMOS制造工艺,DIP14脚封装。
具有独立的低端和高端输入通道;悬浮电源采用自举电路,其高端工作电压可达500V,dv/dt=±50V/ns,15V下静态功耗仅116mW;输出的电源端(脚3,即功率器件的栅极驱动电压)电压范围10~20V;逻辑电源电压范围(脚9)5~15V,可方便地与TTL,CMOS电平相匹配,而且逻辑电源地和功率地之间允许有±5V的偏移量;工作频率高,可达500kHz;开通、关断延迟小,分别为120ns和94ns;图腾柱输出峰值电流为2A。

为此,美国硅通用半导体公司推出了SG3525,以用于驱动N沟道功率MOSFET。
SG3525是一种性能优良、功能齐全和通用性强的单片集成PWM控制芯片,它简单可靠及使用方便灵活,输出驱动为推拉输出形式,增加了驱动能力;内部含有欠压锁定电路、软启动控制电路、PWM 锁存器,有过流保护功能,频率可调,同时能限制最大占空比。
其性能特点如下:1)工作电压范围宽:8~35V。
2)内置5.1 V±1.0%的基准电压源。
3)芯片内振荡器工作频率宽100Hz~400 kHz。
4)具有振荡器外部同步功能。
5)死区时间可调。
为了适应驱动快速场效应管的需要,末级采用推拉式工作电路,使开关速度更陕,末级输出或吸入电流最大值可达400mA。
6)内设欠压锁定电路。
当输入电压小于8V时芯片内部锁定,停止工作(基准源及必要电路除外),使消耗电流降至小于2mA。
7)有软启动电路。
比较器的反相输入端即软启动控制端芯片的引脚8,可外接软启动电容。
该电容器内部的基准电压Uref由恒流源供电,达到2.5V的时间为t=(2.5V/50μA)C,占空比由小到大(50%)变化。
8)内置PWM(脉宽调制)。
锁存器将比较器送来的所有的跳动和振荡信号消除。
只有在下一个时钟周期才能重新置位,系统的可靠性高。
l 脉宽调制器SG3525简介1.1 结构框图SG3525是定频PWM电路,采用原理16引脚标准DIP封装。
其各引脚功能如图1所示,内部原理框图如图2所示。
1.2 引脚功能说明直流电源Vs从脚15接入后分两路,一路加到或非门;另一路送到基准电压稳压器的输入端,产生稳定的元器件作为电源。
振荡器脚5须外接电容CT,脚6须外接电阻RT。
振荡器频率厂由外接电阻RT和电容CT决定,振荡器的输出分为两路,一路以时钟脉冲形式送至双稳态触发器及两个或非门;另一路以锯齿波形式送至比较器的同相输入端,比较器的反向输入端接误差放大器的输出,误差放大器的输出与锯齿波电压在比较器中进行比较,输出一个随误差放大器输出电压高低而改变宽度的方波脉冲,再将此方波脉冲送到或非门的一个输入端。
