Unit12 What’s your favourite festival?教材简介：本册是网络科技时代杂志社（三年级起始用）第12单元lesson34的内容。

主要目标是让学生学习、了解不同的中外节日，谈论在不同节日人们做什么等，让学生了解不同节日的风俗，培养学生的文化意识。

本节课是对第一课时内容的拓展。

使学生能运用“What’s your favourite festival?”这一句型询问他人喜欢的节日；能运用“My favourite festival is---.”来表达自己最喜欢的节日。

教学目标：知识目标：1.能听、说、读、写单词festival能听、说、读Spring Festival、Lantern Festival、Dragon Boat Festival、Mid-Autumn Festival tree planting day,National Day等中国节日。

2.能正确使用“What’s your favorite festival? My favorite festival is -------.”询问别人喜爱的节日。

能力目标： 1. 能用“My favorite festival is -------.交流自己对节日的喜好；2. 介绍中方主要节日；3 能会说自己喜爱的节日外，还会介绍自己喜欢的其他东西，并把学到的知识应用到实际交际中。

情感目标：培养学生热爱和宣传中国文化，增强世界意识和跨文化交流的能力。

教学重点：有关中国节日的单词。

和主题句型。

教学难点：学生对端午节，国庆节，这些单词的读音。

针对这一难点。

我主要采用的是让学生跟录音读，one by one读，看单词卡读，猜单词的游戏。

让学生熟记这些单词的读音。

教学方法：直观教学法、卡片教学法、情境教学法教学用具：多媒体课件、、单词卡片、图片。

教学过程：Step1.Warming up1.review the words about month.from 1to 12.1.Sing a song：We wish you a merry Christmas.(设计意图：在热身中利用歌曲,激发了学生学习的兴趣，并为接下来的学习做好铺垫。
