概述Brief Description
CZx系列标准化工泵为卧式、单级、单吸悬臂式离心泵；其尺寸和性能符合DIN24256/ISO2858标准。
The pumps of series CZx are horizontal single stage, single suction, centrifuge, process pumps. Their dimensions and performances are in conformity with DIN 24256/ISO 2858.
其性能范围包括了IH系列标准化工泵所有性能，其效率、汽蚀性能等指标均超过IH 型泵，可与IH型泵进行单机互换。
Type CZx standard chemical pump has the characteristics of type IH standard chemical pump. Its indexes of efficiency and cavitation performance exceed that of IH pump. You can make an exchange with the single- pump of these two types.
可以输送低温或高温的液体；中性或有腐蚀性的液体；清洁或含有微量固体颗粒的液体。特别适用于化工和石油化工、炼油厂、造纸厂和纸浆业、制糖业。
Handling of cold or hot, liquids neutral-or corrosive liquids, clean liquids or liquids containing solids, particularly in. the chemical and petrochemical industries, refineries, the pulp and paper industry, the sugar industry.

设计特点Design characteristic
CZx系列标准化工泵为闭式叶轮，轴径尺寸充裕，以保证运行平稳。部分规格的泵体设计成双涡壳壳体，以平衡径向力；
CZx series standard chemical flow process pump use enclosed impeller that diameter of axle enough, stable and reliable running. For balance the radial force, some pump body is designed twin-volute type.
采用“后开门”结构设计，悬架，包括轴、叶轮、密封体等形成一个组合部件，使用加长联轴器，无须拆除管路及电机即可进行整机维修，维修方便；
“Back pullout” structure is used in design. Hanger, include shaft, impeller form an assembly part. The length shaft coupling is used. Repairing it need not remove the line and motor. It’s convenient.
作用在轴封处压力由背叶片或叶轮上的平衡孔来平衡，采用各种单、双端面机械密封，其结构详见附图1，2；
The force at shaft gland is balanced by balance hole at back blade of impeller. Single and double terminal face mechanical seal are used. The structure sees from chart 1,2
当工作温度T≥90℃时，采用水冷轴承架详见附图3
When the work temperature ≥90℃, the hydrocooling bearing bracket stand is used. The detail sees from chart 3.
