中国零售业态现状与发展趋势研究

零售业是我国近年来发展最侠、最具有生气的行业之一，在改革放以后二十
几年时间里完成了西方19世纪后半期100多年零售业态的变革。本文对中国的零
售业态的现状与发展趋势做了系统研究。
第一章是对零售业态理论的综述。主要介绍了零售业态的定义和分类，西方
零售业态演化理论和影响零售业态发展的主要因素。
第二章论述了中国零售业态演进历程。主要论述了我国零售业态演进的四个
阶段和我国零售业态演进的特点，同时论述了我国零售业态演进的原因。
第三章论述中国零售业态的发展现状。我国零售业多种业态同时发展，各种
业态争奇斗艳。百货店已失去往日主导地位，竞争劣势明显。多业态发展模式在
我国成为主流，连锁经营方式发展迅猛。文章分别论述了我国目前主要的几个业态——百货、超级市场、购物中心和便利店的发展现状。
第四章论述中国零售业态未来发展趋势。我国零售业态总体发展趋势表现为：
外资零售业巨头加快扩步伐，中外零售企业争相圈地；零售企业呈现低利润运
行的状态；新的经营观念、营销方式、管理手段和管理技术被零售业采用：连锁化、规模化经营将成为各业态共同的趋势。文章论述了我国主要零售业态——百货店、超级市场、购物中心和便利店的发展趋势。

Abstract
Retailing industry is one of the most developed and active industries ．After the government started the reform and open policy in 1978，it completed the retailing revolutionary that western countries lasted for more than 1 00 years since 1 9‘“century ．
This dissertation made a systematically research of the status quo and development trend ofChinese retailing type ofoperation ．
Chapter one is the review of the theories of retailing type of operation ．It mainly introduces the definition and classification of retailing type of operation ，western evolution theory ofthe retailing type ofoperation and influential factors ．
Chapter two discusses the evolution process of Chinese retailing type of operation ． It introduces four stages of the evolution process and the evohitive traits ，and discusses t11e reasons ofthe evolution ．
Chapter three is the analysis ofthe status quo ofChinese retailing type ofoperation ．
Multiple types
of retailing operation develop prosperously at the mean time ．The department store that has had the master status doesn 、t have the competitive advantages any more ．Multiple —type of retailing operation becomes the main type of the market ． Chain store operation develops fast ．Later,it analyses the status quo of several main
retailing types of operation —department store ，supermarket ，shopping center and convenience store ．
Chapter four is the analysis of the development trend of Chinese retailing type of
operation．The main trend is，the competition among foreign and domestic
retailing corporations
will become more
seriously；retailing corporations
will
operate
their
business
in low
profit level；new
operation concepts，marketing methods，management
methods and management technology will be
adopted by
the
retailing corporation；chain
and scale
operation will become the trend of all
operation types．Later,it analyses the
trend of several main retailing types of operation—department store，super market，shopping center and convenience store．
