1、三管轮的职责是什么?

(1)负责甲板机械(如起锚机、绞缆机和起货机)和油水分离器、焚烧炉的日常维护。(2)负责锅炉、舱底污水泵、压载泵、通用泵、日用水泵、卫生水泵、燃油舱(柜)管理。(3)负责锅炉、主机冷却淡水的化验及处理。

(4)具体负责燃油、污油、污水的管理。

2、辅锅炉点不着火时,通常先检查什么部件,怎样检查?

通常先清洁喷油嘴、点火电极、供油滤网、火焰探测器,重新调整电极的相对位置,再试点火看有否火花。进一步可再检查布风器是否脏堵,风油比例是否调整正确,回油电磁阀是否动作,燃油循环温度是否正常,油压力是否足够。

3、添加燃油时三管轮应做哪些工作?怎么做?

装油前准备工作:

(1)测量所有的油舱存油量,同品种(或同一次添加的)燃油尽量“并舱”,以减少混油,报轮机长以拟定加油计划表(C/E);

(2)必要时将需加注的油舱,通风透气帽拆开,清洗通风滤网;

(3)检查加油管系上各阀门是否处于正常的开关状态;

(4)按照《加油检查清单》逐项确认;

(5)准备好防污器材、消防器材、取油样器、压力表、温度计必要的拆装油管工具和告示牌等;

(6)检查甲板上所有接油槽、泄水孔是否已堵好,检查加油管另一侧盲板密封情况;(7)准备必要的通讯设备及照明货灯(夜间加油时)。

装油时工作:

(1)确认连接好油管,与加油船确认联络信号及应急措施;

(2)到油驳上测量所位、油温及油驳的前后吃水,确认数量,抄下流量表读数,用试水膏进行试水有油舱油;

(3)按轮机长审定的油种添加顺序和燃油注舱顺序添加燃油。对存有燃油的油舱加油前,先对该舱燃油预加温。

(4)勤量油,密切注意通风帽的排气状况,不断调整泵油速度,特别注意转舱控制(一般在80-85%时转舱最为合适);

(6)如果加油加得较满(90%或以上),要密切注意吃水差的变化避免溢油。

(7)做好油样提取工作(点滴取样、全过程取样),双方签字确认;

(8)装完油,拆管前需进行AIR-BLOW以防加油管内剩油溢出,造成污染;

装完后:

(2)通知值班驾驶员读水尺,等舱内油面稳定后再次准备测量,计算出正确收油量报轮机长。

(1)到加油船再次核对所加油量(或流量表)。

(3)注意收妥油样瓶并保管好。

4、作为主管轮机员,平常应怎样保养燃油分油机?

燃油分油机的保养包括以下的内容:

(1)约每个月(每航次),拆开清洗分离片及本体内部,必要时还需拆下配水盘清洗水腔及配水孔,分不同油质的燃油保养间隔可有所调整,可根据实际分油效果或说明书要求。(2)每半年对分油机齿轮箱内部检查,清洁并更换机油。检查、清洁摩擦片,刹车片及蜗轮蜗杆磨损情况。

(3)正常情况下,每周需清洗进油过滤器,

(4)定期检查自动冲洗系统,包括电磁阀、定时、时序及控制空气压力,重力水箱清洁和高压水进水滤器的清洗。

(5)每次拆洗分油机或转速下降时,需注意用专用的测量工具测量立轴的下沉量有否超限,必要时更换立轴轴承。

(6)运行中的分油机应每天检查试验其自动排渣功能是否正常。

5、通常船上有哪几台泵可用于排舱底水?

通常船上可用于排放舱底水的泵为污水泵,在应急情况下可用消防通用泵、主机海水泵、压载泵及货舱污水喷射泵。

6、船舶抵港前三管轮应做哪些工作?

(1)对辅锅炉进行保养,试点火运行,确保在港时正常工作。

(2)联同甲板部对甲板机械进行检查试验:包括锚机缆机及吊机油柜油位的检查,各铰接点牛油加注情况的检查及补足,启动并空载运转试验;救生艇机的启动、运转和换向试验,油箱存油量的检查。

(3)防污设备的检查、试验,包括提前12小时将化粪池投入使用,污水出海阀锁好并挂上“禁止油污水出海”牌子,确保港口国检查的顺利通过。

(4)提前预热各燃油柜,分满轻油日用柜以备机动用车及港内发电机足够使用。

(5)提前做好污油水的处理,并测量各燃油柜、污油柜、污水柜抵港时存量报轮机长。(6)作为值班轮机员应做好抵港备车工作:

a. 起动备用发电机并车运行;

b. 起动备用空压机(打自动),充满两只空气瓶并放尽残水,开启起动空气阀及控制空气阀门;

c. 停造水机,必要时转换高位海底门;

d. 关闭燃油加热器加热准备换油(一般85℃左右换入轻油);

e. 通知驾驶台试车钟、对舵,与驾驶员一道试验主机正、倒、停车。必要时还要调整气缸油量或打开加热器;

f. 注意辅锅炉蒸汽泄放阀压力设定要高过燃烧器自动停火时的蒸汽压力值。

7、船舶离港前三管轮应做哪些工作?

(1)提前预热各油舱、油柜,启动重油分油机分满重油日用柜,测量各油柜数量报轮机长,并会同甲板部人员试验锚机、绞缆机等。

(2)作为值班轮机员应做好离港备车工作:

a. 起动滑油泵循环机油,开暖缸水或加热蒸汽给主机暖缸;

b. 起动备用发电机并车运行;

c. 起动备用空压机(打自动),充满两只空气瓶并放尽残水,开启起动空气阀及控制空气阀门;

d. 起动燃油循环泵、增压泵及各冷却淡水泵。

e. 起动盘车机对主机进行盘车,同时手动给气缸加注气缸油;

f. 通知驾驶台试验车钟、对舵,把鼓风机转为自动并与驾驶员一道试验主机前后车。必要时可调整气缸油量或打开气缸油加热器;

g. 在离港过程中,由于锚缆机在工作,应注意发电机的负荷波动情况,注意锚缆机工作油温,防止高温跳闸;

h. 在定速前要转换重油,海底门转低位,启动造水机,锅炉转用轻油以清洗管路。

8、发电原动机单缸排气高温原因分析?

发电机单缸排气高温的原因有:

(1)油头雾化不好引发不完全燃烧(包括启阀压力低、漏油及喷孔堵塞);

(2)气缸、活塞工况不佳,扫气压力或压缩压力太低;

(3)排气阀漏气或排气腔结碳严重;

(4)高压油泵柱塞偶件过度磨损,调节齿条松动或定时滞后;

(5)排烟温度表显示不正确。

9、发电原动机单缸排气低温的原因分析?

发电机单缸排气低温的原因有:

(1)高压油泵内磨损严重造成内泄漏使供油量不足;

(2)高压油泵调节齿条松动;

(3)进气阀或排气阀严重烧蚀以致该缸无法发火;

(4)高压油泵出油阀漏或卡在开位;

(5)单缸供油定时超前;

(6)排烟温度表坏了

15、作为值班轮机员,排放压载水时应注意哪些问题?

注意事项有:

(1)要按大副的要求排放。

(2)留意发电机的负荷,必要时增开一台发电机。

(3)先用大泵排,快完时转用喷射泵排,既保证速度又防止烧损泵浦。

(4)在没有喷射泵的船舶上排水,快排完时要注意适当引水。

21、如何化验炉水?炉水碱度和盐度高时应如何控制?

(1)通常炉水化验仅化验碱度、盐度两项,有时还化验磷酸盐含量。碱度一般用酸碱中和法测量,一般化学品厂家会提供专用的化验盒,只要按说明书要求投药片同时观察颜色变化就行。盐度通常通过测定电导率来确定,即是测定水样的导电能力来确定盐度大小,也有通过投药片测试的方法。

(2)一般每三天化验一次就可以。然后根据化验结果进行处理控制,以达到规定标准,并

做好记录,寄化学药品公司和机务部各一份,存船一份。碱度太低时,按药品商要求投入药品以提高碱度;太高时,通过底部排污来降低。盐度太高时,同样也是通过排污来调整。

25、抵港前如何对辅锅炉进行保养?

(1)拆出燃烧器对喷油嘴进行清洁,同时清洗点火电极外表的结碳,重新调整电极间距及相对位置。

(2)检查布风器的结碳情况,及时铲除积碳。

(3)检查炉膛内部,如有堆积炉灰也需及时清理。

(4)清洗燃油滤器和火焰探测器(电眼)的镜面。

(5)进行点火试验和测试警报功能,一切正常后,转入自动模式备用。

26、在防污方面,船舶抵港前三管轮应做哪些工作?

1)按轮机长要求处理好机舱的污油、污水,包括污油水的调驳、分离出海和污油的焚烧、垃圾的焚烧工作。

(2)对油水分离器进行保养和清洗,包括滤芯的清洗、中间滤器的清洗和用干净海水连续冲洗;对15PPM进行报警试验和自动停泵或旁通三通阀功能进行测试。锁好出海阀,并挂上告示牌,做好记录工作。

(3)清洁各个舱底水系统的滤网和污水井表面的污渍。

(4)对焚烧炉进行保养和清理。包括清洗喷油嘴、电极棒、布风器和滤网;保持污油柜的加热,启动焚烧炉进行焚烧,同时测试各项报警功能正常。以备PSCO的检查。

(5)准备卫生水处理装置。包括预先启动空压机对好氧菌的培养,检查水位探测,自动排水和报警指示功能的正常工作;于抵港前12小时正式投入使用,并按要求投入足够的消毒药品,做好工作记录,挂好告示牌。

27、作为值班轮机员,在船舶抵港前应做哪些准备工作(防污方面以外的工作)?

除防污工作外,抵港前值班轮机员须做的工作主要是备车工作及甲板机械的检查工作:(1)备车:

28、柴油机后燃的原因是什么?

后燃的原因主要有:

(1)燃油雾化不良;(2)喷油定时过迟;(3)柴油机严重超负荷;(4)换气质量不佳;(5)气缸密封性不好;(6)燃油质量差或预热油温不够。

29、通常二冲程柴油机的扫气方式有几种,它们的扫气质量如何?

二冲程柴油机的扫气方式通常有四种:

(1)直流扫气;(2)横流扫气;(3)弯流扫气(新型横流);(4)回流扫气。

*扫气质量:直流扫气最好、横流次之、弯流再次之、回流扫气最差。但直流扫气结构复杂,回流扫气结构最简单。

30、防止柴油机气缸低温腐蚀的方法有哪些?

防止柴油机气缸低温腐蚀的方法有:

(1)尽可能使用硫分少的优质燃油。

(2)适当提高冷却水温度,控制缸壁温度不得低于硫酸露点。

(3)避免长时间在低温和低负荷下运转。

(4)提高气缸油的品质,采用碱性气缸油。

(5)注油量要适当。

32、柴油机排气冒黑烟的原因有哪些?

造成排气冒黑烟主要是由于燃油不完全燃烧引起的

35、发电机吊缸前需要做哪些准备工作?吊缸时需测量哪些数据?

准备工作:

(1)提前检查好另外两台发电机,以保证在吊缸期间可靠工作;

(2)关闭起动空气总阀,关闭燃油进出口总阀,在集控室挂上检修告示牌;

(3)关闭冷却水进出总阀及通往膨胀水柜的补水阀,打开泄水阀把系统内的水排光。(暖缸阀当然也需先关闭)

(4)准备好吊缸所需的各种备件,如:轴瓦、活塞环、缸头垫片、气阀、排烟管垫床和水管接头密封圈等。

(5)准备好吊缸所需的各种专用工具(拆装工具、测量工具和清洁工具等)。

(6)准备好摆放活塞的架子,研磨、拆检缸头的支架及清洗活塞、缸头的铁桶等。

(7)准备各种盆盆罐罐用于按序放置各缸拆出的小零件、小管件等。

需测量的数据:

(a)吊缸前后需测量拐挡差。透平检修前后需测量“K”值。

(b)测量活塞环槽高度、活塞环厚度、天地间隙和搭口间隙。

(c)测量缸套内径。

(d)测量活塞销外径及销孔内径。

(e)测量大端轴承内径及曲柄销外径,轴瓦出铜时还需定点测量轴瓦厚度。

(f)每次吊缸需拆检各道主轴承,并压铅测量主轴承间隙。

(g)进排气阀的阀套内径和阀杆外径也需测量,以判断是否更新。

(h)装复后当然还需测量气阀间隙,高压油泵定时也需测定。

(i)在试车过程中需测量各缸压缩压力、爆炸压力、排温及相应的油门刻度。试验并测量各安全保护装置的可靠性及整定值。

36、如何区别发电机的进气阀和排气阀?

外观上的区别:

(1)排气阀盘较厚,进气阀盘较薄,即排气阀角度大,进气阀角度小(以YANMAR机为

例,排气阀阀面与阀盘底面夹角为45度而进气阀则为30度)。

(2)阀盘大小如有不同的话(现在许多机型都设计成一样大小),为了多进气以改善换气质量并提高单缸功率,一般进气阀会比排气阀稍大。

38、造水机常见的故障有哪些?怎样处理?

造水机常见的故障主要有:

(1)真空度建立不起来,导致造水量下降,甚至造不出水;

(2)蒸发器温度太高,导致已建立起的真空度下降,造水量也下降并且凝水盐度超标。

40、如何进行舱底水系统的日常维护?

(1)定期拆出各污水井的吸入滤网进行清洁。

(2)定期拆检系统中各只阀,检查阀面情况并研磨,保证良好的密封性。

(3)当系统出现漏气而泵不出水时,应及时找出原因。各阀的填料需定期换新以保证其密封良好。

(4)按说明书要求定期拆检污水泵和污油泵确保其正常工作。

(5)抵港前按要求处理完污油水后,须用干净海水连续冲洗管路,并把各污水井中的油花用报纸吸干净。

42、简述离心式分油机的工作原理?

其工作原理是:让需要净化的油进入分油机中作高速旋转,密度较大的杂质和水滴所受离心力也大,被甩向外周,水被引出,杂质则被定期清除(排渣)。密度较小的油所受的离心力也小,从靠近转轴的出口流出,从而得到净化。由于杂质、水分所受的离心惯性力比自身重力大几千倍,因此离心式净油机具有净化时间短、流量大和效果好的优点。

43、怎样判断发电机喷油器雾化质量的好坏?

雾化质量的检查包含三项内容:

(1)启阀压力:在试验台上测量启阀压力与规定值是否相符;

(2)密封性检查:包括针阀与针阀体圆柱面、针阀与阀座锥面两处密封性。通过泵油至略低于启阀压力,停止泵油后观察油压降落的速度,此速度不能大于规定范围。同时观察或触摸喷孔处有否滴漏发生(一般连续泵油3次后停下检查),若喷孔处只有轻微潮湿而无燃油滴漏者为密封性良好。

(3)雾化质量:在试验台上手动泵油时细心观察喷柱形状、数目、油滴细度和分布情况,注意查看在达到启阀压力之前和喷射之后喷孔处有否燃油滴漏。良好的雾化质量应是喷注符合要求,并且无油滴涌出或渗漏。整个喷射过程伴有清脆的吱吱声。

45、影响柴油机喷油器雾化的主要因素有哪些?

影响燃油雾化的因素主要有:

(1)喷油压力。

(2)喷孔构造。

(3)燃油品质。

(4)喷射背压。

48、试述分油机出水口跑油和排渣跑油的原因?

(1)分油机出水口跑油是由于油水分界面往外移所致。这是因为比重环太大或工作油温太低引起的。当然如果主密封环轻微漏水使水封水逐渐流失而得不到补充(补偿水不足)也会导致分界面外移。

(2)排渣口跑油通常是由于托盘力量不足导致分离筒打开所致。这是因为密封水不足而天法托起托盘,当高压水入口滤网堵塞或控制电磁阀失灵或开启时间过短时都会导致密封水不足。托盘与分离筒之间密封不好也会造成排渣口跑油。

50、从理论上说,正确启动离心泵的方法?

正确启动离心泵的步骤为:

(1)手动盘车并给填料加油,确认无异物卡阻;

(2)全开吸入阀,关闭排出阀,以尽量减少起动电流。(但对漩涡泵或高比转数离心泵等,则排出阀不应关闭);

(3)开始引水,可用各种真空泵或海底阀海水来引导;

(4)开水封管、冷却水管和轴承润滑管上的截止阀;

(5)起动原动机或马达;

(6)当转速、功率接近额定时,渐渐打开排出阀向管路供水。

53、如何调整柴油机高压油泵的喷油定时?

改变喷油正时的方法通常有三种:

(1)转动凸轮法;

(2)升(降)柱塞法;

(3)升(降)套筒法。

55、简述锅炉手动点火的步骤。

(1)起动鼓风机进行充分预扫风(2分钟左右);

(2)按下点火按钮进行点火。

The condition and mode of operation of automatic boiler controls such as flame safeguard control systems, limit control system, combustion control system, fuel-supply control systems, and other equipment related to the operation of steam boilers; The working situation of any other running equipment such as main engine, auxiliary engines and steering gear. You have to be extremely careful about any oil pollution because you may invite very heavy fines.

11. How often do you take the lubricating oil sample for analysis? Why do you need to do this?

At least every three months. Through the sample analysis, I can detect if there are metal dust, water and other impurities in the oil. The analysis is also to examine the viscosity, flash point. This is a preventive measure for engine maintenance. For example, if metals like aluminum, copper etc. are found in the lube oil, it means something may be wrong with the engine, or part of the engine may have been broken.

12. If you find too much bilge water in the engine room, what should you do?

I should check the bilge water level frequently. In case the bilge well is full of water, I should first of all check where the bilge water is from. And then, I should report it to the Chief Engineer. With the approval of the Master and Chief Engineer, I should pump the water into the bilge tank. If at sea, the water should be pumped overboard via 15ppm (part per million) oil water separator. If in port, the water should be transferred into other bilge or oily water tanks, as referred to by item 3 on IOPP certificate. If these tanks are also tanks, the bilge will have to be pumped into the fuel oil tanks according to SOPEP instructions.

13. What is the maximum blood alcohol concentration (BAC) rate on board?

According to the STCW95, the BAC shall not be more than 0.08% by weight any time when being tested, but the CFR (Code of Federal Regulations) requires the BAC to be on more than 0.04%. Watch-keepers are not allowed to drink any alcoholic beverage 4 hours before their watch.

14. Can you tell me how to operate an incinerator? What kind of garbage cannot be thrown into it?

First, I shall check the oil level in the oil tank to make sure there is enough oil in it.

Second, I shall open drain cock and discharge oil water; heating the sludge oil temperature in the tank up to 90 degrees in centigrade.

Third, I shall start the incinerator. In the beginning, I should use diesel oil to fire sludge oil. After the water content in bilge oil is comparatively low and the sludge is combustible, I shall stop supplying diesel oil and use sludge oil only.

Attention: the temperature in combustion cannot be higher than the stipulated figures of the incinerator (usually not more than 1200 degrees in centigrade. ---this is new MARPLE regulation).

The following garbage can not be thrown into the incinerator:

? Any containers that once contained gases under pressure, or aerosol cans.

? The materials that may produce harmful gases of ashes.

? The materials that may produce high temperature and prolonged incineration of such materials that cause damage to the incinerator.

15. When you are keeping watch, what should you be careful about?

In order to ensure the normal operation of the engines, I should

(1) Keep close watch on the fuel oil and lube oil conditions.

(2) Be able on any possible problems arising from abnormal temperature, leakage, or some other problems.

(3) Be careful about those abnormal noises.

(4) Make a quick judgment if hearing abnormal noises from machines, and report them to the Chief Engineer or even the master immediately if the noises are very serious and I myself cannot deal with it.

(5) Obey the rules of the company and the instructions from Chief Engineer, Master and some warnings from the deck department.

16. When do you have to call the Chief Engineer to the engine room?

(1) In emergency situations such as fire, explosion and flooding ect.

(2) If damage to or loss of function of the machinery occurs which may pose a hazard to the safe operation of the vessel.

(3) If a malfunction of certain equipment occurs that may cause damage or breakdown of the propulsion machinery, auxiliary machinery, monitoring system or speed regulating system.

(4) In situation which the engineer officer of the watch is in doubt as to which decision to make or which measure to adopt.

17. What should you pay attention to when bunkering or transferring fuel oil?

(1) The depth sounding: make sure that the sounding pipe depth is in accordance with the stipulation in the direction book.

(2) The total height of the oil tank

(3) The oil capacity of the each tank and the percentage for bunked oil in the whole tank.

(4) The bunkering piping plan (pipe arrangement drawing); not only because of the correct operation, but also this will be checked in some ports before bunkering.

(5) Condition of the pipe system heating to see whether it works well.

(6) Dead (un-sucked) oil quantity shall be known. This is very important to know the exact volume in the tank that can be used or that has been bunkered.

18. How is the oil sample taken during bunkering?

The cock of the special connector of the oil pipe is opened. The fuel oil is drained to the oil sample bottle during the bunkering time. The bottles are sealed and oil sample bottle during the bunkering time. The bottles are sealed and representative of the supplier and Chief Engineer are requested to sign their names after bunkering.

Never accept any oil sample taken in advance or taken without the confirmation by the 2nd Engineer.

21. Why it is important to check the combustion pressure of the generator engine? What are the reasons for adjusting the timing of the fuel injection cam of an engine?

To check the combustion pressure of the generator engine, you can get a clear idea of the performance condition of the equipment. Careful analysis of the reading will indicate which cylinder is defective. Such defects could be attribute to the defective fuel valves, leaky piston rings, dirty air coolers, etc. Dispersion of the combustion pressure should be held within 3 kg/square cm.

The reason for adjusting the fuel injection timing is to achieve perfect combustion by adjustment of its maximum combustion pressure. When a cam is adjusted in the rotation direction, the timing becomes earlier which changes the combustion pressure by 3~5 kg/square cm per notch on the scale.

22. What will you check when intake manifold of the generator engine is getting hot?

Hot intake manifolds may be due to the following reasons:

(1) Defective air coolers.

(2) Defective or dirty turbochargers.

(3) Leaky intake valves.

(4) Scavenge fire.

23. What are the purposes of the following machines: boiler feed pump, boiler circulating pump, bottom blowdown and surface blowdown?

Boiler feed pump is used to charge feedwater onto the boiler drum in case water level goes down.

Boiler circulating pump is used to circulate feedwater from the boiler drum to the economizer for the purposes of preheating the feed-water. It is also used to circulate feed-water for the purpose of produce steam in the forced circulating exhaust gas boiler.

Bottom blowdown is a boiler mounting used to discharge sediments or heavy impurities which have settled at the bottom of the boiler drum.

Surface flowdown is a boiler mounting used to remove or discharge floating impurities on the surface of the boiler water.

24. What are the main point of overhaul during boiler survey? What is “POP” test on relief valves and how are you going to adjust it?

Main point of overhaul during boiler survey are: safety valves, its burning equipment, boiler mountings and fittings, and its safely devices.

POP test on relief valves is a test administered to boiler safely and relief valves to determine the actual popping or opening pressure.

Adjustment: Turn the compression screw (right hand) down. This could increase the lifting pressure of the valve. When the desired setting is achieved, also set the resetting pressure which is normally kept at 3% of the set pressure and adjustment is done by means of the adjusting ring lockpin.
