2024年国际租赁合同常用版甲乙双方(以下简称“双方”)在平等、自愿、公平、诚实信用的原则基础上,就租赁事宜达成以下协议:一、租赁物件甲方根据乙方的要求,购买本合同附件“设备清单”所列租赁物件,并将该物件出租给乙方。
在租赁期限内,甲方保留租赁物件的所有权,乙方拥有该物件的使用权,但不得进行销售、转让、抵押或其他侵犯租赁物件所有权的行为。

如无法修复,乙方仍需按时支付租金。
