It is important to have a healthy body. More and more people want to keep healthy. But how to keep healthy? I have some ideas.
First we should eat healthy food. “An apple a day keeps the doctor away”. So we should eat more vegetables and fruit , We should drink more water and milk. We should eat less meat and junk food.
Second we should exercise a lot. Doing sports is a good way to keep healthy. , We can go swimming after school. And we can play basketball with our friends. We also can go for a walk after supper…....
Third we should have a good hobby. And we should have enough sleep and be happy every day..
