校组织的暑假骨干教师培训,对我来说,来得及时,来得实在,我觉得受益非浅,深受启迪。
这次培训的内容十分丰富,对教师个人职业发展和教师职业生涯的规划都做出明确的定义,教师的成长历程和教师的职业发展离不开教师的培训和再学习,从理论上提高教师的执业水平,从科学发展的角度来提高教育教学能力,不仅是教师自身的需求,而是社会发展的要求。
在这次培训中有王长沛教授的“从教师发展到微课堂”、胡艳教授的“教师发展与教师的职业生涯”、北京四中龚正行校长的“有关教学的几个问题”以及赵德成博士的“新课程实施中教育评价改革”和天津师大柳长友教授的“中外比较教育研究”,更让人回味和思考的是为期三天的海沧拓展培训项目。
此次培训与以往的教师培训不同,不单单在理论上有依据、在实践中有实例,而且又能从实践中回到理论,找到焦点,指导实践,进行操作。
在实践中提高自己的认识,升华自己的理论水平,让人信服。
对自己在今后工作中发现自己,完善自我有着深刻的意义。
通过这次认真的培训和自己的努力学习,我感到收获很大,现将自己的心得和体会写出来与大家分享。
作为一名老师,让我激动和回味的莫过于北京八中校长龚正行的现身说法、他从教育理论和教学管理生动的教学事例让我如临其境。
使我深深地感到教学是一门伟大的学问,它不是一朝一夕就能学会、就能融会贯通的,而是需要自己的认真钻研和日积月累而成的。
而如何成为一名好老师,然后变成一名名师,就是我目前所面临的问题。
从这次的培训中,我学到了一些前辈们的先进经验,明白了一些道理,使我明白教师这个职业的沉重份量,对我日后的教育工作有很大的意义。
在报告中,龚校长说:“没有爱就没有教育”。
教师对学生的“爱”应是真诚的、无私的、广泛的、一视同仁的。
尽管孩子情况不同,但要相信每个学生都能在老师爱的教育下长大成才。
对每一个学生的关爱,都应该是毫无保留的,无论是对品学兼优的学生,还是对顽皮、学习成绩不理想、需要心理疏导的学生,教师都要主动去亲近和关爱他们,让学生感到老师是自己最信赖、最尊敬、最亲近的人。
首先是自己在教学过程中每一个付出和感悟,在这次的培训专家的讲座中得到了印证。

让我感悟最深的就是课堂目标管理的落实。
你在课堂上了解每一位学生在做什么?得到了什么?有什么差异?如何通过情景教学来缩小差异?。
胡艳博士的“教师发展与教师的职业生涯”的讲座,对我的帮助不小,如何克服自己即将到来的职业倦怠期和职业生涯的消退期,有了初步的理解和应对的方法,努力消除可能产生的消极因素。
赵得成博士的“新课程实施中的教育评价改革”的讲座,更加引发了我的思考,全面推进素质教育和教育改革,评价机制有为重要,值得探究和学习。
学校对学生的评价一直是个难题。
传统的评价往往是老师给学生写评语,这种评价方式我们称之为“静态评价”。
然而我们的学生每天都在发生变化,用“静态的评价”去衡量“动态的发展”,显然是不科学的。
从评价内容上看,传统的评价以学生的学业成绩作为其重要的评价标准,甚至是唯一的标准。
显然,这种评价不能全面涵盖学生的整个品德风貌、学业成绩,与现代社会所要求的人才观是不相符的,改革评价内容与标准已迫在眉睫。
从评价时间上看,传统的评价往往到了学期的结束才进行,用“企业年终评估”的形式对学生一学期的成绩、行为表现进行总结,忽视了个体发展过程中的闪光足迹,这也不符合人发展中的需求规律。
并且,这样的评价缺少有效的后续手段,达不到真正的促进作用。
从评价的角度看,传统的评价只是进行在教师与学生之间的单向交流,忽视了家庭、社会、教师、学生之间的多边的交流。
综上所述,传统的评价具有片面化、单一化、静止性的缺陷,过分地强调了学生的学业成绩,以领导、教师的主观评价为主,缺少了家庭和社会的多元参与,忽视了学生个体的自身评价与学生之间的情感交流。

基于以上思考,我认为以发现并尊重学生的需要为激励的前提,以教师、学生、家长的激励性评价为关键。
在评价的激励下,明晰目标并付之行为,并能最终获得成功的情感体验是核心,同时产生新的需求。
最让我感到兴奋和值得回味的就是为期三天的海沧拓展训练,这是一种独特的学习方式,和我们教师的教学方式截然不同,是一种全新的体验式学习,在体验中学习,在学习中体会。
拓展训练的所有项目都以亲身体验为基础,要求学员全身心的投入,通过体验从而引发出认知活动、情感活动、意志活动和交往活动,有明确的操作过程。
看起来很有趣的一个个游戏,其实都包含着工作与生活的哲理,在游戏中学习,在游戏中领悟,然后大家聚在一起畅谈感想,分享体验,再将个人感悟带到实际的工作或生活中去印证……避免了枯燥的讲学,使每一种理论都变得生动。
它可能会成为我记忆中最有意识的一个插曲,让我铭记一辈子。
体会是可以记录的,但心灵的感受可能是无法言语的,只有自己的经历,才会有认识上的提高。

可以方便我们从中找到不足,总结经验。
当然,不足要通过教育专著或者向专家、老教师请教解决。
通过培训我也对班主任和少先队工作有了更深的认识。
班主任工作在学校教育和管理中占据着非常重要的地位,它是沟通学校教育、家庭教育和社会教育的桥梁,是联系所有任课教师的纽带。
汤校长给我们组织的分小组设计班级班徽、班歌、班名的活动,更是让我们从实践中了解到了一个班级团结凝聚的力量是无穷的。
