摘要
为了保证成型合格的塑料制品,满足产品的使用要求,保证模
塑成型工艺顺利进行,提高劳动生产率,降低成本,必须根据塑料制品的要求和塑料的工艺性能,认真分析制品的工艺性或正确设计塑料制品,正确确定成型方法及成型工艺,正确选择成型工艺条件,正确设计塑料模具及选择合适的成型机械。在塑料成型工艺和各种塑料模具结构及设计计算的基础上,现扼要叙述一个塑料模设计的实例。
本设计是车模内饰件具设计。根据指导老师所给的任务书,应用ug软件,创建零件模型图,然后创建分型面,并把模型图停留在动模部分和定模部分。同时,由于车模内饰件的设计在工业产品设计中是一类比较实用型产品的设计,涉及到多方面因素。综述了塑料产品的工艺性能,对车模内饰件的注射成型工艺进行了分析,并选择注塑机以及注塑机工艺参数,充分论述了车模内饰件的注射成型工艺过程。如何设计出有特点、符合批量生产要求,同时又要充分满足使用要求保护车模内饰件的使用寿命,因此,材料的选择、工艺分析、结构设计重要性。对于本次设计是在阅读大量技术文献的基础上,详细介绍了工艺设计的各个步骤。为了方便说明,还插入了一部分图。此设计是对毕业生在大学三年中所学知识的一次全面的素质及能力的综合检验。

ABSTRACT
