石斛简介
石斛是一种名贵的纯绿色中药材，素有“药中黄金”之称，史载于《神农本草经》，位列中华“九大仙草”之首。
贵州主要产铁皮石斛和金钗石斛。金钗石斛尤其以贵州赤水所产为佳，其药用有效成分为石槲碱。石斛多糖，且含量高，有生津润喉、清热消炎、防感冒、抗疲劳之功能，尤其对提高人体免疫力、预防癌症、保护眼睛有很好功效。
可泡、榨汁、煮饮、煲汤、熬粥食用。

Dendrobium officinale and Harba Dendrolii Nobilis are two kinds of Dendrobe mainly produced in Guizhou province, especially in the city of Chishui where high quality Harba Dendrolii Nobilis is grown. Its effective ingredient for medicine use is dendrobine. With high content of monosaccharide, Harba Dendrolii Nobilis has the functions of promoting the secretion
of saliva or body fluid and moistening throat, diminishing inflammation, preventing cold, resisting fatigue and so on. It also has good eff ects on improving human’s immunity, preventing cancers and protecting vision against impairment.
It can be taken after being infused in hot water or decoction. Also you can take it through extracting, boiling, or after adding it into boiling soup and congee.
刺梨简介
刺梨为蔷薇科多年生落叶灌木缫丝花的果实，味甘、酸而涩，是具有滋补健身的营养珍果，其果实富含丰富维生素C，被称为“维C之王”。
