/?/发音要领:舌前部稍抬起,舌尖抵下齿。口腔接近全开,上下齿间可容纳食指和中指的宽度,发间时咽喉收缩。

/e/发音要领:舌尖抵下齿,舌前部稍可硬腭抬起。唇形扁平,脸部股肉放松,上下齿间可容纳一个食指尖。
