中小企业信息化发展的策略和模式研究
摘要
党的十六大提出“以信息化带动工业化”战略部署，不断提高我国信息化水平，加快推进国民经济和社会信息化建设。为了能够在激烈的竞争获得立足之地，我国企业近年来加快了信息化步伐，但信息化建设情况却不尽人意。企业间的差距不断加深，企业信息化发展与管理在成长过程上参差不齐，中小企业的信息化水平相对是比较低，绝大部分中小企业的信息化水平依然停留在文字处理、财务管理等信息化的初级阶段。为了提高我国中小企业的信息化水平，提高企业管理水平和效率，中小企业迫切需要一套适合自身发展的信息化发展策略和模式，以及一套切实可行的操作方法，来促进企业组织结构的优化重组，资源的整合和系统集成，从而增加企业竞争优势。由此可见，对中小企业信息化发展的策略和模式研究已是势在必行。
对中小企业信息化发展的策略和模式研究，我从理论出发，详细说明了信息化建设的概念、条件、内容以及意义，为系统介绍企业信息化发展的策略和模式奠定理论基础。接下来我运用理论研究与实证分析相结合的研究方法，总结了中小企业在信息化过程中常采用的策略和模式，以及一般操作方法，再根据文献理论分别对各种方法进行分析，并借鉴国外信息化建设发展模式与经验，探讨总结出符合我国国情的中小企业信息化发展的策略和模式。在此基础上，我结合实习期间实习单位信息化建设中的问题，结合我国中小企业信息化建设和发展中常出现的问题，提出了企业在剖析自身问题的同时，政府也应加大扶持力度，从而引导企业总体规划，逐步地进行信息化建设，增强我国企业的竞争力。通过我的研究以及提出的策略和模式，可为中小企业的信息化建设提供理论参考和借鉴，具有理论研究价值和确保企业生存发展的现实意义。
