摘要

绿色物流(Environmental logistics)是指以降低对环境的污染、减少资源消耗为目标,利用先进物流技术规划和实施运输、储存、包装、装卸、流通加工等物流活动。创建我国的现代绿色物流,提倡高效节能,绿色环保,既是必要的,也是迫切的。

绿色物流作为全新的现代物流形态在我国尚处在起步阶段，作为一种新的物流模式，绿色物流符合可持续发展的要求和人类生存发展的利益，代表了未来物流发展的方向和趋势。文章中采用了SWOT分析法对我国绿色物流发展现状进行研究并得出了适合我国的绿色物流发展战略。文章分析了我国发展绿色物流的迫切性与必然性，解剖了我国绿色物流发展过程中存在的各种制约因素，并结合当今绿色物流发展的趋势，有针对性的提出了我国发展绿色物流必须解放思想，确立发展绿色物流的全新理念；完善绿色物流的政策环境和经济环境；大力开发和采用绿色物流技术；加强物流信息系统的标准化体系建设；加快绿色物流的基础设施规划和建设；加强对物流绿色化的研究和人才培养等对策。

Abstract

Green logistics ( Environmental logistics ) refers to reduce the pollution to the environment, to reduce resource consumption as the goal, the use of advanced logistics technology planning and implementation of transport, storage, packaging, handling, distribution processing and logistics activities. To create China's modern green logistics, promote efficient energy-saving, green environmental protection, is not only necessary, but also urgent.

Green logistics as a new form of modern logistics in China is still in the initial stage, as a kind of new logistics mode, green logistics in line with the requirements of sustainable development and human survival and development interests, represent the future development direction and trend of logistics. The article uses a SWOT analysis on the development of green logistics in our country the status quo of the study and draw a suitable for China's green logistics development strategy. The article analysed our country to develop green logistics urgency and necessity, the development of green logistics in our country in the process of the various constraints, combined with today's green logistics development trend, put forward our country to develop green logistics must liberate a thought, establish the new idea of the development of green logistics；perfect green logistics policy and economic environment；developing and using green logistics technology；to strengthen the logistics information system standardization system construction；green speed up the logistics infrastructure planning and construction；to strengthen the study of green logistics and personnel training and countermeasure.
