船舶设备维护周期和分工须知Ship equipment maintenance periodic and assignment Instruction 1.说明Introductions
1.1.轮机长、大副在船长领导下，依据机务主管编制的船舶及设备年度/月度维修保养计划
表，编写月度维修保养报告表，与机务主管联系，解决本船重大或疑难工程，并对修理工程的质量负责验收。
Chief engineer, chief officer under the leadership of captain, according to ship and equipment annual / monthly maintenance schedules which compiled by Technical Superintendent, contacting with Technical Superintendent to solve problem job this ship, and checking and accepting quality of the repair work.
1.2.“检修负责人”在船舶各级行政领导下，按职责分工做到：
“The person in charge of the repair work” under all administrative leadership of the ship, according to the division of responsibilities to do:
1.2.1.领导或指导“养护负责人”进行日常的清洁养护工作；
Lead or guide "the person in charge of maintenance" to do daily cleaning maintenance work;
1.2.2.对机器设备、管系、阀门、仪表等，按保养管理规则、操作须知、制造厂说明书，
进行正确保养、调整、检修等工作。
According to the maintenance management rules, operating guidelines and manufacturers instruction work, do proper maintenance, adjustment and so on for machinery and equipment, pipes, valves, instrument, etc.
1.2.3.认真做好测量、损坏修理记录，按照年度计划进行维护保养工作。
Complete the measurement, damage repair records earnestly, and do the maintenance work according to the annul plan.
1.2.4.编制正确、完善的修理单送交轮机长、大副汇总，并对修理工程的质量负责检查、
验收。
Work out correct & perfect repair list and send it to C/E & C/O in order to do summary, and are responsible for acceptance the quality of engineering repaired.
1.3.“养护负责人”应按保养规则、值班制度、操作须知和“检修负责人”的意见，对机器设
备等进行清洁、润滑、除锈、油漆、隔热、防撞、绝缘等日常工作。
"The person in charge of maintenance" should do daily work for machinery & equipment like cleaning, lubricating, derusting, painting, heat insulation, anticollision, insulation, etc. according to maintenance rules, duty institution, operating instructions and opinion of “the person in charge of the repair work”.
1.4.水手、机工、电工，在“养护负责人”领导和指派下进行日常的清洁、洗刷、润滑、
保养等经常性养护工作，必要时并配合“检修负责人”进行修理工作。
Sailors, oilers, electrician in the leadership and designation of "the person in charge of maintenance", do daily maintenance work like cleaning, washing, lubricating, maintaining, etc. And when necessary do repair work cooperate with “the person in charge of the repair work”.
1.5.分工原则Division of Work
1.5.1.凡为某设备所驱动或单独为某设备服务的机动泵，由该设备检修负责人负责，多种
设备共用的泵另设检修负责人；
The pump driven by the certain equipment or for a single equipment, is under the the person in charge of the repair work of the equipment in charge. For the public pump of various equipments, the other person in charge should be appionted.
1.5.
2.在机舱内的生活设备由大管轮负责，机舱外的由大副负责，原则上由使用人负责养
护或由大副指定；
The dometic installations in the engine room are in the charge of 1/E, these out of the engine room are in the charge of C/O. In principle the users are responsible for maintenance or the one was designated by C/O to do maintenance work.
1.5.3.管系方面piping system
1.5.3.1.机舱内的管系由轮机部负责。机舱外的管系由水手负责拷锈、油漆保养，轮机部协
助修理。
