【3】应用：
荧光增白剂CBS-127是一种高纯度的荧光增白剂，特别适用于PVC和聚乙烯系列产品。在所有聚合物中呈蓝色荧光。低浓度CBS-127和锐钛型（A型）二氧化钛一同使用可获得亮白色效果，当使用于金红石型（R型）二氧化钛时，CBS-127浓度略由增加。同时CBS-127也广泛适用于其他热塑性塑料中，如PMMA（聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯），纤维素碳酸酯等，具有优异的增白效果。【4】用量：
每100kg聚合物中加入荧光增白剂CBS-127的用量（参考用量）
PVC：白色0.01—0.05% （10g-50g）
透明0.0001—0.001% （0.1g-1g）
PS：白色0.001% （1g）
透明0.0001—0.001% （0.1g-1g）
ABS：本色0.01—0.05% （10g-50g）（能有效消除ABS中的固有黄色）白色0.01—0.05% （10g-50g）
其他塑料：如PMMA（聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯），纤维素碳酸酯等，CBS-127的用量可参考上述PVC中使用的配方。
在聚合物中添加任何紫外线吸收剂时，应注意适当调整荧光增白剂CBS-127的最佳用量。
【5】用法：
因增白剂加入量较少，应彻底分散增白剂，使增白剂能均匀地分散在整个聚合物中。如果采用增白剂浓缩母粒，则更易达到充分的分散效果。
【6】注意事项：
本品可按一般工业化学品管理，使用时应戴手套和防护眼镜避免直接与皮肤或眼睛接触。若沾上皮肤，用清水加肥皂冲洗干净即可。

3.Purpose
CBS-127 (Fluorescent Brightener) is a high-purity product of fluorescent brightener, especially suitable for the series product of PVC and polytene. It will present blue-fluorescence in all polymer. Low concentration and anatase titanium dioxide (A) are used together that can present bright white. When used in rutile titanium dioxide (R), its concentration will be slightly increasing. It is widely used in other thermoplastic plastic, like PMMA, cellulose ester carbonate, that will have well whitening effect.

Other plastic: like PMMA, cellulose ester carbonate. Its dosage can reference the formula of PVC. When it is added any ultraviolet absorbent in the polymer, it need pay attention to adjust the best amount of CBS-127 (Fluorescent Brightener).
5.Purpose
Because of the less amount of brightening agent, it is completed dispersed brightening agent, that
can make brightening agent be dispersed uniformly in the whole polymer. If brightening agent is concentrated masterbatches, it will be easy to achieve the effect of decentralization

According to industrial chemicals management, when we use it, we need wear gloves and eye protection to avoid directly contacting with eye and skin. When the skin is stained with it, we need to clear up with water and soap.
