二、供货范围合同供货范围包括了所有合同货物、相关的技术资料。
在执行合同过程中如发现任何漏项和短缺,在合同或附件清单并未列入,但该部分漏项或短缺是满足合同货物的性能所必须的,则均应由乙方负责免费将所漏项或短缺的货物及技术服务等在最短的合理时间内补齐。

交换机采购项目需求模板采购需求合同格式甲方(采购人):乙方(中标供应商):根据《中华人民共和国合同法》、《中华人民共和国政府采购法》及广州公共资源交易中心“<#项目名称#>”(项目编号:<#项目编号#>)招标文件的要求和招标结果,经甲乙双方协商一致,签订本合同。
双方共同遵守如下条款(技术说明及其他有关合同项目的特定信息由合同附件予以说明,合同附件及本项目的招标文件、投标文件等均为本合同不可分割之一部分):一、合同标的乙方根据甲方要求提供以下货物:二、合同总价总价为人民币(大写):,即¥。
该合同总价是货物设计、制造、包装、运输、安装调试、检测及验收合格之前及质保期内服务及备品备件发生的所有含税费用。
本合同执行期间合同总价不变。
三、质量(一)乙方须提供全新的、未使用过的货物,是目前的型号,其质量、规格及技术特征符合合同附件的要求。
(二)产品必须提供出厂合格证。
(三)货物制造质量出现问题,乙方应负责三包(包修、包换、包退),费用由乙方负责。
(四)货到现场后由于甲方保管不当造成的质量问题,乙方亦应负责修理,但费用由甲方负担。
四、交货及验收(一)交付使用时间:合同生效后天内。
(二)交货地点:采购人指定地点。
(三)由甲方与乙方一起进行到货验收,由乙方完成货物的安装调试工作。
(四)乙方应将所提供货物的装箱清单、用户手册、原厂保修卡、随机资料及配件、随机工具等交付给甲方;乙方不能完整交付货物及本款规定的单证和工具的,视为未按合同约定付货,乙方必须负责补齐,因此导致逾期交付的,由乙方承担相关的违约责任。
五、付款方式(一)采购人与中标供应商签订合同后天内,支付合同总金额的%;(二)货物安装调试验收合格天内,支付合同总金额的%;(三)质保期后,支付合同总金额的;(四)中标供应商须在采购人办理付款手续前5个工作日内,向采购人提供应收款项等额的发票。
六、售后服务(一)乙方应为甲方提供免费培训服务。

Web-based configuration of the switch is secured using SSL. User access is verified using 802.1X security with a RADIUS authentication mechanism and can also be controlled using MAC-based filtering.Extensive quality of service (QoS) features make the solution ideal for real-time applications such as voice and video. The four priority queues, together with the weighted round-robin and strict priority scheduling techniques, facilitate efficient coexistence of real-time traffic with data traffic, allowing each to meet its QoS needs. Individual users or applications can be prioritized above others using various class of service options - by port, Layer 2 priority (802.1p), and Layer 3 priority (type of service [ToS] or differentiated services code point [DSCP[). ●供应商须免费提供本设备与采购单位已有网络设备的集成服务。
供应商需提供免费安装服务,产品安装调试需由厂商认证工程师负责完成并免费为采购单位提供设备的技术培训。
