2020年第16期教育教学3SCIENCE FANS 因材施教巧分层 化学教学显高效颜庆喜（广西壮族自治区百色民族高级中学，广西 百色 533000）【摘 要】分层教学是以因材施教为基础，强调结合学生的学习能力、认知能力等对学生进行分层，采取针对性的教学方式，从而优化课堂教学活动。

对于教师来说，借助分层教学可以提高学生的学习效果，实现高效课堂的构建。

目前，高中化学的教学方式虽然有了一定的创新，但是依然存在着不少的问题，如课堂教学氛围较为沉闷、学生缺乏化学学习兴趣、教学方式较为单一等。

为了提高课堂教学质量，要坚持在因材施教原则下开展分层教学，构建高效的化学课堂。

本文结合高中化学教学，提出了几点分层教学策略。

在高中化学知识教学中，教师要培养学生的实践能力，引导鼓励学生观察、分析和思考。

传统的高中化学课堂中，缺少师生互动与交流，课程内容缺乏针对性，使得课堂教学枯燥无趣，不利于学生的个性化发展。

作为教师，应当尊重学生的个体差异，结合学生的学习能力，考虑学生的学习特点和认知能力，优化课堂教学活动，满足学生个性化的学习需求，提高课堂教学的有效性。

1 学生分层，奠定分层教学基础学生分层是高中化学分层教学开展的基础。

作为教师，需要明确分层教学是一种有效的教学方式，能帮助学生掌握化学知识。

在对学生进行分层时，成绩并非唯一的标准，高中化学教师需要在了解学生化学基础知识的掌握情况的基础上，结合学生的学习能力、学习态度以及作业情况等，将学生合理分成三个小组。

化学基础好、学习能力强、学习积极、作业完成好的学生为A组；化学基础一般、学习能力一般、学习态度好以及作业完成较好的学生为B组；化学学习能力较差、上课学习不认真、作业不能按时完成的学生为C组。
