Unit 2 Plant a Plant!(冀教版初中英语八年级下 Book 4) 单元教材分析教授本单元的时间正值万物复苏的春天,所以把植物列为中心话题,展示关于植物的故事,事实和相关的活动。
通过本单元的学习,使学生了解植物各部分的名称,植物的生长的过程以及植物,动物,人类之间的链锁关系,从而养成热爱大自然,保护大自然的良好习惯。
教学建议1.在操练——Would you like..?—— Yes, please/No thanks.时,给学生创设一个情景,如在餐馆当服务员,征求顾客吃什么。
2.在操练——Would you please pass me the green marker? ——Sure, here you are时,给学生创设一个同学购物时寻求帮助的情景,使这一句式得到充分练习。
3.在讲授植物的时候,可以让学生自己画图,然后用英语描述大部分植物有四部分,每一部分有什么作用。
4.学生在进行四人小组活动时,为了方便,老师可以给四个学生各起一个植物名称或植物部位名称,与植物相关的单词接龙赛,例如flower—root--…5.在学习lesson 12课时,续写本课的歌曲,让学生用同样的曲调唱出来。
