自杀态度问卷(QSA)众所周知，一个国家或地区的自杀率高低与其居民对自杀的态度具有密切的关系，有效的自杀预防项目必须以对公众自杀态度的深人了解为基础。

国外资料中的自杀态度调查问卷因文化差异，诸多条目并不适合于国内使用。

国内曾有学者自编了对自杀行为性质的态度调查问卷，并对医务人员对自杀的态度结构进行了分析阁。

本文介绍我们自编的“自杀态度问卷(Suicide Attitude Questionnaire，QSA）”。

一、理论构想有关社会态度与行为之间关系的研究几乎和对态度的研究一样久远，对两者之间的具体关系，目前学者们比较一致的看法是，态度测量越具体，与行为的关系越大闭。

所以，作为以预防自杀为目的自杀态度研究，所测量的态度应该更加全面与具体。

这样才能对自杀预防工作提供更加详实与具体的资料。

事实上，社会态度对自杀行为的影响，也并不仅仅局限于对自杀行为性质的态度上。

其它方面比如对自杀者（包括自杀死亡者与自杀未遂者）的态度以及对自杀者家属的态度，都有可能在一个程度上对一个企图自杀者是否决定采取自杀行动，或一个自杀未遂者是否会再次自杀产生影响。

安乐死一直是引起社会各界广泛关注的问题，从广义上来讲，安乐死实际上属于自杀的一种特殊形式，对安乐死的态度可以在一定意义上反映出人们对生命质量和生命价值的认识。

因此，除了了解人们对自杀行为性质的态度外，研究和了解公众对自杀者（包括自杀死亡者与自杀未遂者）、自杀者家属的态度乃至对安乐死的态度，都会对预防自杀工作起到有益的帮助和积极的作用。
