丹佛斯(Danfoss)FC-302变频器特点硬件部分:1、图形控制面板LCP102(1)多种语言,包括简体中文和繁体中文(2)能显示:功率、频率、电压、电流、转速、转向、转矩、模块温度等(3)具有简单的示波器功能,能显示变频器运行状态曲线图(4)可带电热插拔:方便调试和快速参数复制2、输入回路设计有铁氧体高频扼流圈:(1)减少电网过来的高频干扰信号对变频器的影响;(2)减少变频器产生的高频干扰信号对电网的影响。
3、内置双直流电抗器:安装在变频器整流电路后,它的作用是(1)限制叠加在直流电流上的交流纹波;(2)改善变频器的功率因数并可以抑制变频器逆变环节产生的谐波;(3)保护整流模块和电容;(4)减少对电网的影响;(5)防止用电设备的电感和电网功率因数修正装置的电容之间发生共振;4、电磁兼容性(EMC):指抗电气干扰和不向周围发出干扰的能力内置无线电干扰滤波器(标准内置A/B1极滤波器)符合国际IEC61000和EN61800标准。
5、电容耐压高:电容耐压为900V,比其他品牌变频器高100V左右6、智能散热功能-----延长变频器使用寿命冷却风和电子器件之间完全隔离,风扇运行由智能监测电路根据内部温度决定,延长风扇寿命。
7、最长可达150 m 屏蔽电机电缆和300m的非屏蔽连接电缆:其他品牌的变频器是50m(屏蔽缆)和100m(非屏蔽缆)多项保护措施:内置有保护器件(尖峰脉冲波吸收装置、阻容吸收装置及铁氧体变阻器),解决了瞬间高压/浪涌电压的问题;保护功能齐全:具有100%输出相间短路保护,具有100%的接地故障保护,具有输入侧瞬间失电、输出缺相、高压隔离和其它通用保护(过电压/欠电压、变频器过载/电机过载、短路、过流)等功能。
电子式电动机过载热保护及热敏电阻输入保护,变频器功率模块温度实时监测及智能过热保护。
9、安全控制功能VLT AutomationDrive FC302符合适用EN954-1标准规定的三类装置的安全停车功能。
