对中职学校学生伤害事故处理的思考及研究

【摘要】Nowdays our country is in an important period of both strategic opportunities and prominent social tensions ,which is similar to the field of education. The secondary vocational school must pay more attention to the injury accidents for its smooth development.The key of handling the injury accidents is to apply to the correct imputation principle. The paper argues that this kind of school should construct a perfect management mechanism to efficiently control campus crises, improve management measures and speed up the progress of legislation ,etc. Only in this way, can they solve efficiently this kind of problem.%当前我国既处于发展的重要战略机遇期，又处于社会矛盾凸显期。

教育问题作为社会问题的一部分同样如此。

中职学校办学发展情况更需要关注学生伤害事故问题。

学生伤害事故的处理关键是适用正确的归责原则。

对学生伤害事故进行深层思考和研究，建立和完善校园危机管理机制，完善学校管理措施；加快和完善学生伤害事故处理的立法；社会保障是破解学生伤害事故症结的必然选择。
