贴片电感参数贴片电感,英语:Chip inductors,又称为功率电感、大电流电感和表面贴装高功率电感。
具有小型化,高品质,高能量储存和低电阻等特性。
功率贴片电感是分带磁罩和不带磁罩两种,主要由磁芯和铜线组成。
在电路中主要起滤波和振荡作用。
贴片电感的主要参数有电感量、允许偏差、分布电容、额定电流及品质因数等。
1.电感量:空载测量(理论值)和在实际电路中的测量(实际值)。
由于电感使用的实际电路过多,难以类举。
只有在空载情况下的测量加以解说。
电感量的大小,主要取决于电感线圈的圈数(匝数),绕制方式,有无磁心及磁心的材料等决定。
通常情况下,线圈圈数越多,绕制的线圈越密集,电感量就越大。
有磁心的线圈比无磁心的线圈的电感量大。
磁心导磁率越大,电感量也就越大。
所以电感量是有很多因素来决定它的大小。
电感量的基本单位是亨利(简称亨),用字母“H”表示。
常用的单位还有毫亨(mH)和微亨(μH),它们之间的关系是:1H=1000mH;1mH=1000μH2.允许偏差:电感量单位后面用一个英文字母表示其允许偏差,各字母所代表的允许偏差见下表。
例如:560uHK表示标称电感量为560uH,允许偏差为土10%,文字符号为法文字符号法,是将电感器的标称值和允许偏差值用数字和文字符号按—定的规律组合标志在电感体上。
采用这种标示方法的通常是一些小功率电感器其单位通常为nH或pH,用N或R代表小数点。
例如:4N7表示电感量为4.7nH,4R7则代表电感量为4.7uH;47N表示电感量为47nH,6R8表示电感量为6.8uH。
标注的感量与实际感量的允许误差值。
一般用于振荡或滤波线路中的贴片电感要求精度较高,允许偏差为±0.2%~±0.5%;而用于耦合或高频阻流的精度要求不高,允许偏差为±10%~15%。
3.分布电容:线圈的匝与匝之间、线圈与磁心之间存在的电容。
分布电容越小,其稳定性越好。
通常将模拟电路区和数字电路区合理地分开,将电源线和地线单独引出,把电源供给处汇集到一点。

贴片电感主要参数详解电感器规格除固定电感器和部分阻流圈为通用元件(只要规格相同,各种电子整机上均可使用)外,其余的均为电视机、收音机等专用元件。
专用元件一般都是一个型号对应一种机型(代用除外),购买及使用时应以元件型号为主要依据,具体参数大都不需考虑,若需了解,可查相应产品手册或有关资料,这里不可能一一示例。
下面谈谈固定电感器及阻流圈的主要参数及识别。
1.电感量L电感量L也称作自感系数,是表示电感元件自感应能力的一种物理量。
当通过一个线圈的磁通(即通过某一面积的磁力线数)发生变化时,线圈中便会产生电势,这是电磁感应现象。
所产生的电势称感应电势,电势大小正比于磁通变化的速度和线圈匝数。
当线圈中通过变化的电流时,线圈产生的磁通也要变化,磁通掠过线圈,线圈两端便产生感应电势,这便是自感应现象。
自感电势的方向总是阻止电流变化的,犹如线圈具有惯性,这种电磁惯性的大小就用电感量L来表示。
L 的大小与线圈匝数、尺寸和导磁材料均有关,采用硅钢片或铁氧体作线圈铁芯,可以较小的匝数得到较大的电感量。
L的基本单位为H(亨),实际用得较多的单位为mH(毫亨)和IxH(微亨),三者的换算关系如下:1H=103mH=106 μH。
2.感抗XL感抗XL在电感元件参数表上一般查不到,但它与电感量、电感元件的分类品质因数Q等参数密切相关,在分析电路中也经常需要用到,故这里专门作些介绍。
前已述及,由于电感线圈的自感电势总是阻止线圈中电流变化,故线圈对交流电有阻力作用,阻力大小就用感抗XL来表示。
XL与线圈电感量L和交流电频率f成正比,计算公式为:XL (Ω)=2лf(Hz)L(H)。
不难看出,线圈通过低频电流时XL小。
通过直流电时XL为零,仅线圈的直流电阻起阻力作用,因电阻:—般很小,所以近似短路。
通过高频电流时XL大,若L也大,则近似开路。
线圈的此种特性正好与电容相反,所以利用电感元件和电容器就可以组成各种高频、中频和低频滤波器,以及调谐回路、选频回路和阻流圈电路等等。
