三、本课题研究的主要原则和具体做法（一）遵循以下原则：学习与习得相结合原则。

“习得”制学生在非教学条件下主动获得的过程，“学习”指人在习得后，有意识地在教学环境里学得第二语言的过程。

在英语教学中，强调学习习惯的养成，学习能力的培养。

语言学习与文化生活相结合原则。

语言与文化有着十分密切的关系。

语言是文化的载体，它传达着一个民族的文化内涵。

在英语教学中，教师既要教英语语言知识，又要教给学生必要的英美国家的文化背景知识，让学生既学习语言，又了解目的语的文化背景及其内涵意义。

培养兴趣与发展自我意识相结合原则。

兴趣指探究事物或进行某种活动的积极倾向。

在英语教学中，多给学生一些鼓励，少一些批评，帮助学生发展和行动的方式，形成英语语言的自我意识。

营造浓厚的英语学习氛围。

（二）具体的做法：1、课前激励评价，激发学习英语的热情.(每节预备钟响后2-3分钟)为了充分利用课前准备时间，使学生快速进入英语学习状态，我组织了“show time”和“let’s show”。

“show time”，旨在训练学生关于日常交际用语的问答，每周开展一两个话题。

“let’s show”，旨在培养每个孩子说英语的自信心和成就感。
