英语阅读课说课稿
,Good morning, everyone. I’m very pleased to have a chance to talk about some of my teaching ideas. The topic of this unit is---- The students will learn ------
1. First , I will talk about my understanding of this unit. This Unit is talking about-----. Most students are interested in the topic. I will lead the students to use their imagination and encourage them to be creative.This lesson is the last period of Unit--, It’s a reading lesson.
2.Second ,I'll talk about the students. The students of Grade 8 are very active. They have strong thirst for knowledge and like to be challenged.
3.Then I'll talk about teaching aims:
(1). Knowledge aims: To learn the vocabularies phrases and target languages.
(2). Ability aims: To develop students’ reading listening speaking and writing abilities;To train the students’ ability of working in pairs.
(3). Emotion aims: To encourage students to be brave to speak English. Training the competition and cooperation. Build up
to combine the language structures with the language functions and let the students receive some moral education while they are learning the English language.
7. Next I'll talk about the studying ways
1. Teach the students how to be successful language learners.
2. Make situation and provide meaningful duty, encourage the students to study the text by themselves.
8.Teaching steps
As this lesson plays an important part in the English teaching of this unit, I have decided the following steps to train their abilities of listening, speaking, reading and writing, especially reading and speaking abilities.
Step1 Warm-up and Lead-in
Show the students some pictures .Talk about them. Lead in the new lesson.
( In this way, they will know something about today’s lesson..Get them to warm up. )
Step2 Presentation
1. Learn new words in groups. The new words in this lesson are ....Show them pictures of these things and teach them the new words.
(After seeing the pictures, the students will know what they are and they can learn them quickly and easily.)
2. Play the tape recorder. Let the students listen and imitate the text. Pay attention to their pronunciation and intonation. Then finish the easy exercises on the screen.
( This step can make the students get the general idea of the text. At the same time let the students have a chance to practice their listening and speaking abilities.)
3. Text Learning
I’ll use CAI to present the whole text. I’ll write the key points on the blackboard while they are watching. After watching, I’ll teach them to read the words and sentences on the blackboard. Make sure they can read them well.
After teaching them the whole text, including the meanings of new words, the use of expressions and so on. Get the students to try to say out some phrases on the screen, like ........and so on.
