一、备课应重在备学生
新课标强调:教学应以人为本,让不同的人在英语上得到不同的发展!的确,学生作为教育教学的主体对象,他们是一个个发展中的人,亦是一个个发展不平衡的人,更是一个个有强烈求知欲望的人,因此,在备课时,头脑中绝不能只有大纲意识、教科书意识、教参意识,更重要的,应切实了解并尊重学生的已有知识,并以此为基础引导他们主动探索、学习新知识。
在本课的教学中,重点是让孩子掌握4个季节,天气以及这个季节的活动。
如果像以前出示图片教单词,天气,我想学生也能掌握这些知识。
但对于回答“What do you do?”他们的回答可能就没这么丰富多彩,学生的思维不会在画画和互相交流中碰出火花,对于春天的描述也不会如此生动,一堂课也就这么平平淡淡地过去了,英语课也就似有似无的结束了。
可见,备课时做到“心中有学生”,让学生在学习中感受到兴趣,而不是痛苦。
只有这样,孩子们才会学得更主动;课堂也不是机械兑现教案的过程!
二、在上课时,教师应勇于“让位”给学生
新课标强调:学生是学习的主人,教师是学习的组织者、引导者与合作者。
为此,教师要改变以往教学中“满堂灌”、“一言堂”、而要勇敢地“让位”,勇敢地把课堂还给学生,勇敢地把学习的主动权交给学生。
整堂课,通过画画引导学生去学英语、说英语,用画画把学生的思维得以最大限度的展开,他们你一言,我一语地交流着并且互相倾听着,碰撞着,从由一个单词到一个句子,最后成一篇文章。
而我只是作为一个引导者,鼓励学生用自己的思维去探索,用自己的语言去表达、交流。
我想:只有这样,老师才能算是真正的“让位”,才能算是让学生从真正意义上进行自主学习。
也只有老师这样真正地“让
位”,学生们的学习,才会是那么的投入、那么的主动、那么的积极!
三、教师还要努力为学生提供展示自己的舞台
从心理学的角度来看:每一个人在其内心深处都强烈渴望着被欣赏、被发现,作为职中学生尤是如此。
他们生性聪慧、活泼、同时也拥有着更加强烈的表现欲!身为老师,只有完全了解学生,在教学中努力为学生提供各种能够展示自我的舞台,让他们尽情地、淋漓尽致地表现自己的才华、发挥自己的潜能,才能进一步激起他们渴望学习的信心和热情!。
