一、考点分析
提供一篇350词以内的短文，要求考生基于该短文写出一篇60词左右的内容概要。
二、专题详解
1.专题分析
①原文材料350词以内，概要写作不少于60词。
①原文基本以说明文、议论文为主。
①概要，基本上就是段落大意。每段一句话概括，或者两段一个大意，最多用两句话概括就行。
①要着重训练自己文章主旨大意和各段段落大意的归纳概括能力。
2.注意事项
①找关键词和主题句，准确理解、分析原文要点，归纳段落大意。
①各要点的表达要相对独立。
①各要点之间要有适当的衔接。
①句型力求简单，每句话要表意明白，无空泛、笼统、含混之词。
①尽量使用短句，慎用长难句。例如，尽量少用关系代词which，who等引导的定语从句，而采用ing形式和ed形式作定语。
①多使用概括性词语，少用具体描述性词语。
3.模板及句型
①表示文章的内容以及研究目的

4.评分原则
①本题总分为15分，按5个档次给分。
①评分时，先根据所写概要的内容和语言初步确定其所属档次，然后以该档次的要求来衡量、确定或调整档次，最后给分。
①词数少于40和多于80的，从总分中减去2分。
①评分时，应主要从以下四个方面考虑：
(1)对原文要点的理解和呈现情况；
(2)应用语法结构和词汇的准确性；
(3)上下文的连贯性；
(4)对各要点表达的独立性情况。
①拼写与标点符号是语言准确性的一个重要方面，评分时，应视其对交际的影响程度予以考虑。
①如书写较差以致影响交际，可将分数降低一个档次。

Recently, a professor of philosophy in the United States has written a book called Money and the Meaning of Life. He has discovered that how we deal with money in our day-to-day life has more meaning than we usually think. One of the things he asks his students to do is to keep a record of every penny they spend for a week. From the way they spend their money, they often see what they really value in life.
He says our relation with others often becomes clearly defined when money enters the picture. You might have wonderful friendship with somebody and you think that you are very good friends. But you will know him only when you ask him to lend you some money. If he does, it brings something to the relationship that seems stronger than ever before. Or it can suddenly weaken the relationship if he doesn’t. This person may say that he has a certain feeling, but if it is not carried out in the money world, there is something less real about it.
Since money is so important to us, we consider those who possess a lot of it to be very important. The author interviewed some millionaires in researching his book.
Answer: The most surprising thing is why people give me so much respect. I am nothing. I don’t know much. All I am is rich.
People just have an idea of making more and more money, but what is it for? How much do I need for ant given purposes in my life? In his book, the professor uncovered an important need in modern society: to bring back the idea that money is an instrument rather than the end. Money plays an important role in the material world, but expecting money to give happiness may be missing the meaning of life. One possible version:
A US professor has found out the relationship between money and the meaning of life. Some people think friendship and good relationship depend on whether you have money and whether you are generous. Money is generally considered very important, but a millionaire doesn’t feel he is very important, because he thinks he is nothing except that he has money. The professor’s findings reveal that money is a tool rather than the goal, and money is not equal to happiness. (81 words)

Punishing children is a controversial topic. Everybody has different opinions about how to act to correct a child’s behavior. Parents, teachers, doctors, and specialists like psychologists, have disagreements about whether it is good for a child’s education to punish him.
The word“punish”means different things to different people. Punishment can be physical or emotional. Physical punishment is when the parent hits, slaps or spanks the child.
