腐败产生的原因分析
摘要
现在国际上各国的腐败情况看视愈演愈烈，民众的反腐败声音也越来越大。在全球化政治经济发展的浪潮下，随着政治民主化的发展和人民民主意识的提高，整个国际社会逐步走向民主，腐败问题才越来越引人注目，成为各国政府需要重视的课题和公众关注的焦点。
腐败的实质是社会公共道德的沦丧及行为规范的衰退和堕落,它破坏了党和政府同劳动人民的关系,影响党和政府形象,腐蚀了人们的意志和社会趋向,具有限大的破坏力。腐败主要由于权力过于集中、制度流于形式、监督疲软缺乏、社会环境影响、文化糟粕熏染、人的贪欲放纵等因素形成。如果我们社会生活中的腐败现象不能得到有效的治理，就会积重难返，不仅会影响到我们改革开放和经济建设，而且还会加深社会矛盾的积累, 威胁到整个社会的和谐稳定。久而久之，将逐步蚕食并摧毁人们心中的法律和道德长城，法律和道德长城一旦垮塌，就会在某一特定时期，在特定思潮的引导下突然释放，从而贻害于社会。因此，我们就这些问题进行一些理论上的探讨和分析。
